Worst daycare in the city, no cleaniness at all and uneducated teachers, they dont have manners to talk anybody. No no no bigggggg no. Do not pur your child in this worst daycare.

Overall very poor communication.Communicated some concerns with the centre director, got passed along and was told a lot of excuses. I email and text the director and owner with complete information from me and inquiries i have in bullet form. Everytime we have a conversation they ask the same thing like I haven’t told them those before a hundred times. Can’t they back track our emails and texts? So frustrating, this has been going on for a good 5 months.Last Christmas Season I asked for how many teachers my child has in the room and their names, director responded 4. Left me hanging with teachers’ names. That’s just an example of how many times my texts and emails got left hanging without answers or was answered vaguely.Can’t even see my child’s everyday progress. Teachers can’t even talk to you when you pick your child up for updates. Can’t even come in their daycare. You just wait outside of the door.

Worst daycare ever! It is not even a quality DAYCARE center. Don't go there. The experience is horrible! They don't treat the children well, and children are scared of the teacher, the teachers don't establish or maintain good relationships with children. When I visited the daycare, I noticed one of the educators pulling a child's arm so that he could listen.

We send our son to Royal daycare and on his third day he got sick due to there staff irresponsibilities. They take kids out to play ground without proper clothing and temperature was 10C and cold wind was blowing.He even got scared while sleeping and cry. It’s our mistake we trust them and not check reviews on google. They not even stand on there words. And mentally harass kids and there parents. Not updating and sending pictures and after asking they said we were busy.My son came home very hungry and cry in hunger even I send him only for 3 hrs a day and they promised to provide 2 meals till that time They not even bother to ask children for meals. PERSONALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

WORST DAYCARE IN CALGARY - DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN HERE

We did a mistake by not checking the reviews for this day care before sending our child there. Our kid was diagnosed with ASD last year and this daycare collaborates with PUFF to provide care for ASD diagnosed kids. Apparently that’s only for show! Our kid was always hungry there inspite of the fact that we used to send food for her everyday. Daycare was adamant about sending child in the morning before 8 and then if you come to pick her up around 1-2 they had problem stating that it’s the time when kids are sleeping. When we used to pick her around 3, she used to be really tired, sleepy and cranky (for obvious reason because she was hungry). If we tried to drop child at around 12, then their head Gazala would come off really rude stating ‘we are not going to accept child at this hour’!!! It’s a daycare, not school. You don’t feed our child so it’s difficult for us to leave our child for 6-8 hours there without food! Parents drop kids at daycare according to the convenient times based on their jobs. We still adjusted with them since we needed daycare for her. And teachers were not even compassionate with kids. And in mid February one day when my husband was picking up our daughter, Gazala came in to state ‘we are not going to accept your child from march!’ On asking why, said said “she has meltdowns, she is difficult to look after that’s why”. When I went in to talk to her she said “I have to put in another person to look after her which costs me one extra person’s salary so I cannot have your child!” Are you kidding me!!!! When talking to PUFF coordinator she confirmed there was no change in meltdowns or aggression in our child. Confronting Gazala with the same she stated “I don’t know why she said that but we can’t have her” I asked “why do you collaborate with PUFF, there is no point. Why force us to leave her at 8? How you can tell us not to send her after 2 weeks without giving us enough notice to find a place good enough for her? “ Absolutely no answer except “we can’t have her, I can’t pay another person to look after her”!!! You can’t be serious! Why even bother to have a daycare when you can’t support child, when you or the teachers don’t feel compassion for kids, why even be in this profession. My child’s care is just a business profit for you that you are stating it will cost her more! Absolutely ridiculous behaviour, no parent should ever be sending their child to this horrible place!

Teachers are very caring here, and honestly I couldn't be happier by sending my child to any other daycare, staff is very friendly and welcoming and I genuinely feel comfortable and safe knowing my child is being tended to and taken care of.

Highly recommend place to send your children. Have a great experience my son is there since November 2021. Very nice staff caring. Thanks Gaz and team. You guys are wonderful

This location in the NE is quite new and the teachers are willing to listen ( which is a great asset). My son had a good time there over the summer and we'll be using them for future schoolbreaks.
