ICS courier

Next day shipping took 4 days to ship and they literally threw my package onto my front step in the middle of the night.

Absolutely awful. My parcel shipped on the 12th of the month, and it is now the 30th and the delivery date has been pushed back AGAIN to the 31st. It has gone back and forth between their Cambridge and Etobicoke locations 9 TIMES. There is glass in this parcel, if they are broken because of this incompetence then you bet the ICS customer service will be hearing from me a 3rd time. Absolutely awful company.

Said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I work from home and have been home all day. No apartment buzz from the driver or anything, had my full address, buzzer number and everything just in case to avoid isdues. Driver left work early for the day so they can't ask him what happened. Now I don't know what's going on. Customer service informed me they can leave it outside an apartment building unattended if no signature is required without letting the recieved or anyone know it's there. She was nice and said she'd try to find out where it went. So I guess the one star goes to her but this company shouldn't be used.

On of the worst courier companies in Canada.I have been dealing with ICS for almost a year and I have suffered enough and enough due to these:1-Lost packages.2-Returned packages due to wrong addresses which were correct.3-Careless customers service.4-Never answered phone calls5-Pick up requests that were never made.6-Insurance compensation requests that took 6 months to fulfill!7-Closed warehouse during their posted working hours.8-Untrustworthy account manager9-Undelivered packages and unknown status.10-Unreliable tracking system.11-Outsourced delivery partner networks.12-Etc….The only upside of this business was the pickup lady who used to pickup my packages with a wide smile! Kudos to her that she could live with this shady business up to now!Save your money and look for somewhere else!

My package is sitting in my city. It was out for delievery yesterday i waited all day now its not coming anymore. I Woke up next day now my package isint coming till 2 days later. After i ate breakfast i checked back again and now its telling me all over again that its back at the courier being prossesed again and its back to out for delievery ..well im waiting.. and nothing... i live 1 hour away from where i ordered my package from and it takes this long ? Terrible

Worst shipping company in the world. Have been holding my next day shipping package for weeks and not delivering it.

I wished that I can put (-)50 star but the website starting from one star but they do not deserve any star . I dealt with them few times they do not know what they are doing the customer service are not good. the drivers are not nice at all. I do not recommend this company to any one.

Parcel wasn’t delivered to my address. No status updates (except for daily delays by one calendar day, each day) until I emailed asking where my parcel was. Suddenly, a full itinerary appeared in a 3rd party tracking website that wasn’t previous available. It showed that my parcel was in ICS’ possession for nearly a week without anyone contacting me. I wasn’t contacted on both delivery “attempts” on the itinerary and I was home both days. Be sure to leave a note to the seller NOT to use this courier service.The lady at the office was pleasant - 1 gold star for her.

They need to manage how they setup their routes. If a Customer checks tracking and sees that the parcel is on the truck then it should be delivered. Don't over book your trucks and have parcels rerouted to be processed back at the facility and back out again the next day. My parcel is out for the 3rd time now. What is the point of tracking a parcel is this is how you manage your volume of work.
