I called this place after my 8 yr old daughter cracked her front adult tooth. Even though they were busy doing their yearly CPR and first aid training, they dropped everything to help someone who wasn't their client.They greeted us at the door and rushed her in. Dr Paul calmed my daughter and made her more concerned with what to watch on Netflix (because the tv is right in front of the chair) than on her tooth.Within two hours of the incident my daughter was smiling with a fixed tooth and free toy. He took before and after photos to show her in a tablet as well! Moreover, Dr Paul texted is the next day to check in on her progress.Dr Paul and his team have the best bed side manner of any medical team I can remember going back 25 years. My family is switching over all of our dental needs to this office.Please, if you're on the fence about finding a good dental team, call them and book an appointment.

Dr. Paul and his team are amazing. They ensure you are included in the treatment planning process and that you understand all the steps. It's the best dental team I've ever been to. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an excellent dental experience.

I scheduled an emergency dental appointment, and they made sure I could come in that same day. They were proactive and made sure that I saw an oral surgeon the next day - which I was beyond appreciative for. We moved to Belleville last year and needed to find a new dentist. I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Paul and his team at Waterfront Dentistry. The care and ease they have given us has been unmatched, and we already feel like we've been going there for years. Dr. Paul is incredibly knowledgable and cares about helping you understand what is going on in your mouth, he takes photos to show you what he sees and explains things clearly. I recently had a couple of fillings for a deep cavity near a nerve and the whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. They also use the best technology I've seen in a dental office, just isolated freezing for my filling (no needle required so not facial freezing). We are so thankful for everyone at Waterfront Dentistry and look forward to future visits.

Dr Paul and his team are absolutely fantastic! You are made to feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you step in to the office! As some one who has a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist I was nervous to visit, but I was so happy and impressed that I did! They booked my follow up appointments in a timely fashion, and Dr. Paul even takes the time to make a personalized dental plan with extensive explanation of why the procedures are needed/important! If you’re looking for a new dentist, or if you’re new to the Belleville area choosing Dr. Paul is the right choice!

Dr. Paul and his staff were very thorough in discussing different options and everyone seems very competent. I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone in need of dental services. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail that Tina gave me while finishing off the installation of a new crown.
