TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Met with Petya to add my partner to my bank account and she was extremely nice and helpful. Got everything we needed sorted out quickly and answered all our questions. Would definitely visit this branch again for any banking needs.

I had a customer service concern at the branch. I am very impressed with how quickly the manager, Vanessa, contacted me and handled the issue.

This is the dumbest branch ever... can not access atm even when bank is closed...no other td bank around... force you to drive 15 mins to the next bank... could take 20 depend on traffic cuz of dumb danforth. At least build an atm outside of the bank on the wall if you dont want people going in after hrs... this branch is useless. And whoever is replying to these reviews and bots... or they think like a bot... they dont care.

I went to this branch of the to pay my credit card bill, I knew immediately this Ms Karen did not want to serve me. She looked at me as if I was there to rob the bank. As a black person we know when we are being looked as a nobody. She pulled out my account and said and I quote ' I don't even know how you got this credit card' She then walked away to speak to another employee. I wanted cry because all I did was come in to pay my bill. I told her I heard what she said and that she was rude, immediately all this old white faces turned towards me as if I did something wrong. All I did was come in to pay my bills. I will never ever FORGIVE this woman. Horrible the way they made me feel. Karma is Real. 1 star is way too much for the branch.

unfortunately , i will never ever believe in td bank , the y are not relaiable , i am out of the country and i could not access my bank acount online , every time i call to Td customer service they pretend to assist but they just put me on hold and they disconnect the telephone line . what an amazing job TD bank . the moment i come back i will change my bank . i cant relay on a bunch of iliterate who dont assist me when i needded help as i am oversease .

I fail to understand how in 2023 this bank not only cannot stay open to the same extent all other TD branches are open until, but ALSO not permit us to utilize ATM services after hours. Arguably the worst branch in the city. And this is without even addressing the ineptitude of the staff.

Me and my wife had a conversation with one TD employee and he did help us to the best of his knowledge.. my only problem with this, is after a week we never heard from the person we spoke with and till now me and my wife (which is away for a family emergency) and I tried to email the person after he gave us his card for us to be able to reach him but unfortunately as I emailed him twice, I never got a response, if the decision we applied for is not approved we should be getting a confirmation that it is not approved at all, but it seems we are hanging from a thread.. we just want the result of it, please to the employee do not make a promise of calling or emailing us back if you can`t. we or my wife applied for a loan for a reason, not out of the blue. The person is good for taking care of the whole thing but if you cannot fulfill your end then don`t promise anything at all.

Hope management reads this honest review of my experience with your staff this AM. Around 9:10am someone at the teller (short, white male with a raptors mask) was one of the most arrogant, rude and useless customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with.I had a super simple card replacement that he made into a complicated drawn out process that made it seem like I was in the wrong for even having an account. Would love to go into more detail in person but see tons of other bad reviews below.Ahead of coming in I already called support via phone to ensure an easier process, and have now had two huge security issues within four days with TD and have had awful and slow incompetent service in resolving these problems. Awful way to start the day.Excited to be draining my accounts and switching banks in the new year. Avoid this filthy branch like the plague and hope this employee gets proper training or questioned on why such a rude human would even want a front facing job.

I've actually never reviewed a business online before, but I just had to say that the customer representatives at this location are extremely rude, incompetent and immature for absolutely no reason.I came to this branch a few weeks ago and was given a hard time about my photo ID being recently expired despite the fact that it contains all of my information and my photo on it.Today I came in to inquire about increasing my overdraft limit, I was polite the entire time as I have also worked in customer service in several fields and so never treat people rudely.I was told to increase my overdraft limit, I would have to schedule an interview, so I asked how long I would have to wait, he told me, Not long
