So unlucky, my sunglasses that I bought from this store broke. I took them back to the store to get them fixed on July 13. The lady charged me 80$ for reparation and I specifically asked the lady how much time is it going to take because I am leaving on vacation on the 2nd of August. She told me not to worry, reparation should take a maximum of 2 weeks. Here we are August 1st and I am leaving on vacation without my sunglasses. I am never making another purchase from this store again. Unbelievable.Update: I am writing this on the 31st of August and I still don't have my sunglasses. I basically spent the whole summer without it.

Didnt even last 2 minutes in this store.. Right away we were not greeted by any of the two workers. We started looking around and about a minute after we entered the store an older gentleman entered and he was instantly greeted.. Clearly the workers didnt take us seriously because we are younger and probably thought were just there to waste time when i can assure you we were definitely going to buy.. Safe to say they lost a paying customer

Dishonest merchant. Added insurance on 2 pairs of glasses without asking. No refunds. Pushy and rude sales people, who were gossiping on us while we were there. Be careful, it's the same people as Walmart Optique in Chomedey.

Walked into the store and looked at some sunglasses for a solid 10 minutes before anyone bothered to offer me some “help”. The lady working there made me try two pairs of sunglasses and when I wasn’t satisfied, she turned around and walked away without saying anything. She went to have a talk with her coworker and when another client walked in, she ran to him even though I was still in the store and still looking for some glasses to try. Customer service: 0. Professionalism: 0. Manners: 0. Needless to say, I would never EVER come back to this place even if it was the only place that sold sunglasses on the planet. I would give this place 0 star if I could and judging from the other reviews, I’m not the only one.

Terrible experience with this store,worse customer service ever!you can’t return or even exchange for a cheaper, beside the manager is mean, pushy, and not professional at all.I would have given 0 stars if I could, I don’t know who’s those 5 stars reviews belong to!I’m a regular customer of Carrefour Laval for years and almost have good experiences with all the stores; I even returned something final sale to Mackage!But be careful,if you spend your money in this store, basically your money is GONE!!Do not waste your money and time, just stay away from this store.There’s another good sunglasses stores in Carrefour.

Bad customer Service. The lady that answered the phone refused to serve me in english. The MANAGEMENT should do something about it. If I spending my money here, I need to be served in the language that I prefer. Je parle francais, mais je prefere jetre servi dans la langue qui me rend comfortable.

Wish I read reviews before buying from this disaster place. Customer service is horrible, they won’t recognize you after buying from store. AVOID AVOID AVOID

By far the worst service I've ever had. I went to the store in Carrefour Laval, the one downtown in the Eaton centre as well as the store on St Catherine. Was treated very poorly in all. The employees are rude and mean. I am very dissapointed with my purchase, they sold me faulty sunglasses and refused to do an exchange. Never going to that store again. Who can i contact to make a complaint? Since no one at the stores take anything seriously

I was looking to purchase a new pair of sunglasses (approx. 200$+taxes) and I asked if there were a brand new pair available as I did not want the one from the floor - had to get into an argument with the owner in order to get her to order me a new pair. She kept arguing with me about how they were new - when they clearly were not. Brand sticker was removed and I was lied to when I left and came back that they found" a new pair in the back.
