I love living here, my unit is spacious + modern and my neighbours are awesome. The location is fantastic as well, right in the heart of the city.

Miss my amazing former “home” in TO, for over a decade (‘05-‘15) and the many kind/great people (and friends) who’ve lived and worked at Candy! ..wasn’t even aware there were reviews for buildings (or lofts as case may be), though despite ups/downs of management (if still Nadlan - be sure to keep an eye out for their “not so scrupulous”, to put it very nicely, activities) as well as the MTCC1328 board (comprised of both great folks and “not so great”.. as in those I won’t name who believe they’re superior to all;) and even security/concierge (which can run the gamut, regardless of which company’s contracted), it’s an amazing building and place to live - and particular kudos to perhaps one of the best (if not THE best) superintendents around, Adel! If you’re considering living there or even just visiting, you’re in for a treat - enjoy (and all the best to everyone there, past and present:)!

Building was nice on the outside, but if the security guard is any reflection of the way they treat tenants or guests, I do not reccomend. Rude and unhelpful on purpose. Was borderline Malicious.

An incredible building. Every suite is unique. Huge hallways, very large 1,2 and 3 bedroom units, soaring ceilings. Underground parking with carwash, party room, rooftop terrace. All in a fantastic neighborhood. Nothing like it in the city!

My friend lives here. So I have to like it.

One of the most wealthy and luxurious condos in the city..!
