Just did my office assistant course, and it was a great experience. Jake, Tracy, Elizabeth were wonderful instructors. Wendy lightens up the building when you walk in, Angela is very kind. Chris made sure we didn’t pull our hair out during Quickbooks. The other staff in the building are wonderful as well.The course taught me what the transition to an office setting would be like. I gained knowledge in phone skills, computer skills and people skills.I would continue to recommend Training Inc to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Training Inc. for any course or upgrading you may need. I enrolled in the 13 week Office Administrative Assistant Course back in February 2018. I had been away from the administration field for eight years. The course is excellent for upgrading your skills or if you want to enter the administrative field for the first time.I also completed the Accounting Fundamentals Course, Sage Simply Accounting Level 1 and Level 2 as well as Quickbooks Level 1 with HonoursJake Smit is the instructor who was instrumental in helping me reach my goals in all courses. He is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable in so many areas and very patient with all students. He strives to make every student completely understand the subject material and he wants to see you succeed.You also receive a certificate for every course you complete which you can proudly attach to your resumeAssistance in resume writing skills as well as assistance with interview skills are available. All of the school staff are there for you until you find employment.If you are looking for a school that is professional but also makes you feel like you are part of a team; this school is the place to be.Thanks to Jake Smit, Bonnie and all the staff for everything. 2 words: Amazing Experience! The course was very informative, in-depth and had an excellent variety of training and knowledge. I learned a great amount about all areas of Security. Elizabeth and Kevin are amazing instructors. With all they taught, I feel very prepared for my future career. But more important, is the attention, care and respect they, and others at Training Inc, gave us students. They went above and beyond in making sure we are ready and prepared for whatever comes our way.I will miss seeing the staff on a daily basis, but I am forever grateful of this wonderful experience.I will proudly refer anyone to Training Inc. Taking the Office Assistant program was a great experience. My certificate helped me find exactly the job I wanted. I learned the skills I needed to do the work but also skills to be successful in other areas of finding employment. Everyone at Training Inc. was friendly and knowledgable. Two words; Absolutely Amazing! My experience with being apart of Training Inc’s Security Program was by far exactly what I needed. Anyone who is looking to pursue a career in the Security Industry, do not hesitate to take advantage of the given program at Training Inc. Everyday is something to look forward to, with having a variety of different courses taught to you and your classmates. As well being able to acquire several certifications which definitely helps boost your employment chances! Not only is the course itself very informal but with the help of the tremendous staff, you can be sure to have the knowledge to be successful in the Security Industry. As a new immigrant to Canada, I received lots of help from Training Inc. They helped me to create a good future and life. Training Inc. helped me with direction and advice. Thank you to Training Inc. for helping to start my Canadian career. I was a teacher in my country, so I was in a despair because I could not work as a teacher. I could not get all of my paperwork because I was in a refugee camp. I was referred to Training Inc. and took the Health Care Aide program and worked in the field for many years. They also helped me with my resume. I was very satisfied with my Health Care Aide job for many years, but this year I decided to change careers, so returned to Training Inc. for the Security Professional course. I learned about the law, diversity and how to be a good guard. I have referred many people to Training Inc. because all the staff are very nice and helpful. I really want to thank Training Inc. for all of the support.
