they raised my rent by 23% after a year. Had to move as it was an almost $500 monthly increase. My window cracked one day unexpectedly , and they did not fix it for 8 months even after repeated emails, did not feel safe in my own apartment. They don’t care about tenants just about money.

Kevin Sommerville helped me find a fantastic condo in Toronto and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. I am shocked at how many bad reviews are here!Just over a year ago a realtor named Irene had helped my partner and I find our place, she was the most professional and knowledgeable she saw what we needed and went above and beyond we moved into the woods worth and it is absolutely amazing 0 complaints. Deniz Arabi is best real estate agent I ever met till now. She is amazing. she understood my requirement, what type of apartment I need and in which area. She come up with plenty of options to showed me different apartments and we could finalize one apartment within 4 days. Leased a place with them, Laundry room tiles cracks, their proper management said they will send someone, 3 month later nothing, I wanted negotiate for a 30 days out due to lack of care for maintenance, nope have to be 60 days, after I mentioned T6 form they jumped on the repair, tribunal it goes, great when try to hook you in but follow up on land lord duties no too impressed, let’s not mention other smaller things.

David went above and beyond when vetting units based on our requirements, had all of the unit and associated cost information on hand, provided very quick responses, and also booked additional apartment viewings (units we weren't aware of) that aligned with our criteria when meeting him.10/10, great service & would highly recommend.

Roman and Anna did an amazing job for us when we were looking to rent an apartment/condo. After contacting us to see if there was any listing we wanted to visit, they modified the criteria to reflect specifically our needs. We gave them our availabilities to go visit some options and Roman brought us to 5-6-7 (?) apartments/condos to look at on a Saturday afternoon. He had all the answers to our questions, knew the neighborhoods, he was knowledgeable about what was going on on the market and was well organized. After making our decision, they sped things up to make sure we could ‘win’ the condo we liked before other possible clients put down their offer. They stayed in regular contact to let us know what the next steps were and answered all our questions. After signing our lease, they sent us all the documentation to sign and were still very helpful when we had questions. Throughout the process, they both were extremely professional, listening to our needs and accessible if needed. We felt they were there to help us achieve our goal. We highly recommend them.
