As a practitioner in the field of rehabilitative therapy, Playful Strides is an incredible resource and referral for every family we see in my own private practice. Cathy and her staff are exceptional, knowledgeable and so caring. They have a passion for all that they do. I highly recommend this wonderful occupational therapy service!

I have 2 sons who have had assessments, group and individual treatment work at Playful Strides over the past 5 years. In this time we have moved to Guelph but we choose to come back to Milton regularly for Occupational and Physical Therapy camps and groups. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and supportive. I trust their clinical expertise and direction with how best to support my children's growth and regulation. They are flexible in working in coordination with other clinicians as well as with schools. They are honest and realistic about goals/expectations and they celebrate the gains they see their clients make.Also, in particular for this past year in managing a clinic during covid, I have always felt completely confident and safe because of the measures they go to in maintaining a clean environment and screening prior to every session. In a field where there can be lots of hands on" supportive work

My child has been helped by Playful Strides for a couple years now, and they have loaded me with a ton of life-giving information regarding simple ways how to help my child at home. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable, and even noticed something in my child that 3 days of doctor testing in hospital could not find! Cathy and her staff have been nothing short of exceptional with my son. We are seeing improvements with him.She offers tons of advise to us to aid him and she has even been very valuable with setting him up for success at his school by meeting with his school representatives, advising them on what his needs are and how best to manage him.

We went their for only two sessions and the physiotherapist managed to built zero rapport with my son and he cried during both session. She grabbed toys away from his hands and were throwing them away from him. She forced him to turn and twist and the experience was extremely disappointing and horrible for us and him. Staff members were rude and arrogant with us because my wife and one year old were in the waiting area. Extremely horrible experience. I guess the other three perfect reviews are by their own staff.
