I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with NuGreen Equipment. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.They have a great selection of climbing & rigging gear. They do their own splicing, sewing & breaking strength testing on site (see their YouTube channel). They carry the full lineups of both Huskies and Stihls.I've bought lots of gear, a 500i and just had a smaller saw serviced by NuGreen. They got my saw back to me before their estimated completion and they are quick to make up chains and fulfill shipments. They've even thrown in free hats and shirts with bigger purchases.Great end-of-spool discounts on short lengths of rope if you want to save a couple bucks by making your own lanyards and slings.Everything a climbing arborist needs in one spot!

They do a very good job and would have received a five for their work, but their leaf blowers are incredibly noisy and the diesel smell rises to the top floor and fills apartments/condos. Noise and air pollution to the max.

Fantastic store with fantastic service. I have placed online orders and had them call with advice on my selections, as well as directly delivering gear to my door due to a staff member living near by. Love the custom lanyards & adjustable friction savers.

Great great place to buy yard equipment for great prices. These guys know everything there is to know about saws, mowers, tree felling gear and more. There do engine repair and being a small shop, they truly go out of there way to make sure you are helped with any questions you may have. If you're looking for a chainsaw or lawnmower or anything in between, this is the place to go!

I went there to purchase some new equipment to start landscaping business and I will say that the 2 lady’s at the counter were awesome. I picked out equipment that I wanted and they had everything tested before we left and equipment runs great. Very professional and super friendly staff. I will definitely be a long standing customer and having such a pleasant experience with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any landscaping supplies or equipment. We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and have always had great service! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We like the dogs and have always found them to be friendly and a welcome part of the experience.NuGreen is especially knowledgeable about climbing gear, chainsaws, and rigging equipment. We’ve bought several slings and ropes and pulleys here as well and we recommend this shop to anyone in the industry.

I'd like to tell you about my painful experience with the owners of the shop!. DO NOT GO HERE!! They have a dog that wants to eat people. I went to this location a couple months back and the mechanic for the equipment greeted me with a charismatic approach. She pointed out many things that were available for purchase if we intend to buy them.We dropped off 3 units to get fixed immediately. She did not make us feel alienated. She did an incredible job! Even gave us a call and shot us a text message. There was a language barrier issue but she DID NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST IT. In her text messages she explained please let the company owner (my father) know the item is ready. Fast forward to now, I went into the shop. The owner (women) snapped at me to put a mask on. Felt as if she was very rude and unwelcoming. A racist Both the husband and wife, I wish I had recorded the entire incident. I did not mind as those are the rules no problem, quickly put my mask on. Then I asked if I could speak to the mechanic because she is very knowledgeable and the reason why people want to come back to the shop, the owner lady took it to offence and told me straight up to wait outside... practically to get out. I wonder if they talk to everyone like this?... While I was trying to look around with the intentions to buy 2 brand new chainsaws. Both would've cost me around 2500. Then her husband said because of covid were stressed out. HAHAHAH SO YOU TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR CLIENTS...?Then he said there was a language barrier to come to his shop with a translator, well fella it doesn't take rocket science to tell how much cc's each chainsaw has. FRASER VALLEY HAS NEVER SAID THAT BAHAHA! . Open your eyes you racists we live in a multicultural country and have been contractors working for commercial residential and industrial sites all over the lower mainland for 25 years. None of our clients have told us to get a translator. Watch how you talk to people, very rude, BIG RACISTS, unacceptable behaviour. These 2 are very dark hearted, lazy frustrated individuals. The wife is the biggest problem. I bought my chainsaws shortly after at Fraser valley equiptment and they are the BEST! I buy everything there but Nugreens mechanic, is a lovely women! very sweet and the reason why people probably even go to this shop...

Really helpful service here! Such a great assortment of everything I needed---------I first left a review a couple months ago after my first visit, but decided I needed to say more after my most recent visit because I am honestly so impressed with this store and the people working there.It really comes across that they genuinely care about the work life and safety of their customers, the gear and advice I have gotten from them has been invaluable.

I've just started getting gear for being a climber and my good friend recomennded this shop to me. They will do orders over the phone and etransfers for payment if you dont have a card. I ordered on a monday was told it would get here friday, it got here on wednesday and was packaged wonderfully. All in all if you need service for your saw best place i can think of as well as friendly service. Ps i heard the dog on the phone and wished i could give it pets
