I ordered a faucet that my plumber said I needed to complete a fix of my dripping tap. It was going to take a month for the part to come in. I made sure with the counter personnel that I was ordering the correct part.When I picked it up, I made an appointment with the plumber. He went to install it and it was the wrong part - made for a handheld shower fixture instead of a fixed showerhead. I called emco to get a replacement. They said it would take a couple of days but it was the shipper's fault for sending the wrong piece. I called 2 days later to see if the part was in, and he said he had called the plumber to notify them. I wondered why since the plumber was not involved in the sale. When I went to pick up the new fixture, the desk attendant was very rude. Now I've had to pay the plumber twice to do one job.

Drove all the way in from Vauxhall to find yhe showroom closed. No noticed about it on their website.Then why don't you have that on your website? That way i could have made an appointment instead of driving for an hour to find out after the fact. Very very inconvenient for out of town customers to have to drive in to find out we needed an appoirment.

We contracted and built our own house outside of Lethbridge, our plumber recommended we purchase our fixtures, sinks, tubs, showers etc through emco. Call it buyers remorse but we realized after the fact that we overpaid for many items that we could have purchased through Lowes or Homedepot. Now I was in to purchase a replacement aerator for one of my faucets and the parts desk was completely unwilling to help me find the right one and gave me the # to contact Delta directly to get this simple part shipped out. I will not give this business my money in the future and will ask the plumbers I hire for my home and rentals where they are buying their parts.

Paul was absolutely amazing and helpful when I had some questions regarding Pex products and ensuring that I received the proper products necessary for our home renovation. Going from copper to pex was an amazing move with the new design of certain faucets and shower valves, and this process was made so much easier. I can't recommend him enough or going to this business for help! Friendly, professional, and helpful! If you need parts for plumbing or have questions, don't hesitate to come here. They are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile.
