If you have an injury, your coach will help you rehabilitate it while increasing your overall fitness. My workouts are always different and keep me challenged!

I hadn’t been to a formal gym for a number of years. My wife found Opex on line and we went for a consult/meet and greet. Very friendly staff and coaches who develop a program focused on your level of fitness. There is a coach/trainer on the floor at all times and they have professional backgrounds and training. I recommend a visit,it’s the best gym I have ever attended.
