Steve was amazing to work with, he was professional and very knowledgeable. We thought we had to replace our fireplace due to parts not being available. Steve was able to find parts when other surrounding businesses to include the twin cities told me that I would have to get a new fireplace. Steve got the parts and was able to work around our schedule to find a time to come and install the new parts and get our fireplace working again. By working with Steve it saved me $4,000.
