Justin was very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to assist me with picking the perfect piece of furniture and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend Justin and I am very excited to get my new furniture. Kelly was also very personable to work with when i went to pay.I already have my next purchase picked out and I am looking forward to dealing with Justin again.

Today I popped into Tepperman’s on my lunch break to look at a dinning set I had my eye on. I was greeted by Mike who sold me my first dinning set 6 years ago. He was happy to help and explained specific details about the product I wanted to purchase. He was able to set up delivery within two weeks. He brought me over to Janice to help set up my payment plan. Janice was quick and efficient and had the paperwork drawn up and explained in a timely manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I love how Tepperman’s allows you to pay at your own pace, with changing times and additional expenses I have a new dining set that I otherwise could not afford. Thanks for a great customer experience.

We went into Tepperman’s in Sarnia looking for a washer & dryer. Chris Hunter in appliances was very helpful and answered all the questions we had for him. He explained the payment plans, the extended warranty and delivery set up. When went over to accounting Bonita was very pleasant and courteous while setting up our account. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Thanks Tepperman’s for having great employees.

Well my day started out poorly when my washing machine died. Thank goodness I was greeted by 2 friendly faces Angela and Michael at Teppermans outlet. Michael helped me with my order and Angela was very kind and supportive. On to financing I was greeted by 2 friendly ladies Madison and Bonita they made the paperwork easy. . In this day and age its hard to find good customer service. I was very pleased with this compliment of staff and will definitely go back.

Very unfortunate series of events.Bought a new sofa and the seam came out within 2 months. New part took 9 months to come in, unfortunately did not fit.New part was ordered unfortunately was the wrong side (left/right arm).Been over a year now and right side is delivered and installed excepted it is soaking wet. The whole peice not just the edges. Sent a video to show water coming out when squeezed.Now waiting on our fourth delivery.4 times giving up a day waiting for a delivery. Countless hours spend on the phone explaining the situation and they offer $100 on a gift card. What a joke. Thought by shopping with a local" store we would have a better experience. That is clearly not the case. Will never shop there again!"

Martha was amazing help! She showed around the whole stole and gave us a really good deal on a chair, even thought it had the wrong price she gave it to us for that price! Super appreciated!And big thanks to David for his help at the end with the financing! Super nice guy and great at conversation!!Thanks Teppermans Sarnia. Definitely buying all are furniture here from now on!

The staff are always pleasant and ready to help. Jay, the sales person was most helpful and pleasant. The ladies at the desk are polite and friendly. We have been shopping at Tepperman's Sarnia for the last 20 years and every year my husband and I buy something; best deals and very good products. Service is excellent too. We would never shop any where else.

My first time dealing with Teppermans today after dealing with other big name furniture dealers previously. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and customer service I and my family received. They went above and beyond. Justin made sure every was perfect the way I wanted it and configured correctly. A lady, who's name I didn't catch made fresh popcorn for my family while another great employee David walked me through my financing and contract until I understood and felt comfortable. Overall I'd recommend Teppermans to all my family and friends. Thank you!

Excellent sales staff, not pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I am confident that I've bought the right recliner. It was a careful decision as I have serious back issues. Currently, at home, I have no furniture I can sit on without being in pain. I'm looking forward to the delivery of my new recliner and feel it will provide comfort and support for many years. Thanks to Jason, the salesperson, for his expert knowledge and recommendations.
