Great waterproof bags! I would highly recommend these bags!

Brought the bag for my commute to work, and also a touring holiday, did some research and this one seemed to tick all the boxes. The bag is great quality and very practical with internal zipped pockets the laptop one being especially important for me, it clips on to my rack easily and is also easy to remove and carry. I was a little worried about delivery time from Canada into the UK but it arrived on time with no customs surprises, there was an issue with the original colour I chose but customer service sorted this out very effectively and offered we a different colour, wait or refund- I chose a different colour.

Purchased another TailRider bag recently. Could be happier with it. Looks great and very well made.

We have been bicycle touring for 45 years and have used a number of different brands of panniers in that time. This year we purchased two pairs of Arkel panniers, two rear tailrider bags and two randonneur seat post racks. These products are by far the best we've ever had. Arkel's products are high quality, well designed and very functional. We recently completed a three week tour through Wisconsin and Michigan which included several days of riding in the rain. The bags performed as advertised. We highly recommend them.

Arkel bags are high quality, purchased the Dry-Lites and they are super light and fit well on any rear rack.

I have purchased four items from Arkel now and love them all. The Cam-Lock is the first feature that makes them stand out. Very secure and easy to use latching system. I own the Bug and the Briefcase pannier and both work great. The water proof covers are great options as well. Beats carrying a garbage bag to rap the bag which is what I used to do with my old panniers. I never worry about my stuff getting wet.I also purchased 2 trunk bags, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. The integrated rain cover is brilliant.The 2nd main feature is the quality of material and manufacture. I don't know if they will last a lifetime (not dead yet) but they certainly will last a long time.3rd main feature is design quality. There are a lot of nuances to the bags that add to the positive experience. E.g. Protection for the laptop, reflective tape, padded handles side pockets, elastic webbing. Little things that add to the positive experience.I absolutely recommend the Arkel product to all my cycling friends.

Just received my signature bag. I am very impressed with the cam-lock mechanism and the overall build quality of the bag. I had some questions before buying and customer service very quickly and accurately responded to my inquiries. I'm very happy to be able to support a good Canadian company and look forward to many years of good use with this bag. Delivery was very quick and the product is exactly as described.

I have been bike commuting in a large North American city for a few years now, and recently changed over from an analog bike to an e-bike. I decided it was time to let go of my Topeak MTX bag with the missing zipper pulls (ALL of them) and broken zippers. A very positive experience with Arkel customer services.I lost a locking bolt for one of their products which they offered to replace free of charge. Following this they also hinted at different ways to set my bike up to provide better support to the frame.Very quick email responses!Their no receipt lifetime warranty is actually a thing.
