Absolutely terrible. Customer service is atrocious ! We ordered 7 cheese ravioli with marinara. We were sent plain cold noodles. No cheese and no sauce !!! When we called to see if they could correct it they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They blamed skip which is comical because it’s their kitchen staff that put plain noodles in the container. I do not recommend them and in fact will be sharing my experience. By the way I realized I signed in with the wrong email. My name is Tracey ( pictures but can’t seem to add them I also have pictures of my skip order where it clearly says marinara )

Can’t judge about food there cause we did not tried. Went there Saturday noon at lunch time, only less then 5 table there; waited 10 min for water, and at lease another 20 minutes for order. Eventually we left and picked another restaurant. Seated there for more than half hour, did even see the waitress show up

The service was good and the food was alright. We ordered the Jambalaya pasta and a Bourbon BBQ Pizza today and I felt the pasta needed more seasoning. The pasta was loaded with lots of cheese to a point where it was just baked cheese. I didn’t like the ranch dressing on the pizza either.I was glad the Olympics was going on, it kept me entertained throughout the time.Overall, it was a nice experience.Jambalaya pasta - 3 / 5Bourbon BBQ Pizza - 3.5 / 5

Ordered in and it was absolutely disappointing. The prices are so much higher than before and the portions very much smaller. If you're going to charge 15.99 for an appetizer at least serve the same portion as before. Even the bandera bread is smaller. It's a rip off. I feel like I got robbed. It's ridiculous. Will not be having boston pizza again.

Great date for Valentines day.Thank you to the hostess, bus boy and our waitress for seating us so quickly on a very busy evening.The whole world is understaffed and you can tell stress level is high. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.Thank you!

Came here for app and drinks and it was really nice! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the sun! The appetizer we could seemed like fancy McDonald’s (McDonalds is also right behind us) but it was still tasty!

Nice waitress, but slow service.Food was OK, but I know Boston Pizza can do better than this.On the plus side- One TV had a kid's movie playing, which helped with the extended wait time.

My hubby and I stopped in for lunch. It wasn’t busy and still had to wait over 15 minutes to be seated. Took another 15 minutes for the waitress to come see us. We ordered a spinach dip to start which didn’t come to the table until 20 minutes after and was extremely salty. The waitress never asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We then ordered the Big Dipper (big mistake) and a club sandwich “style sandwich “ (another big mistake). (Also took forever to get to the table) The steak sandwich was dry, and chewy with no cheese. I asked the waitress if the “au jus” was onion soup and she had no clue what it was and didn’t even bother to ask the kitchen. (Au jus should not be onion soup) and the club sandwich was dry and tasted like a Tim hortons sandwich. Our Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. Everything was disgusting. I think my favourite thing was the Pepsi. Took forever to get our food and it wasn’t even good. Waste of money and time. This place used to be good but I won’t be returning ever again! Sorry not sorry!

Very typical Boston Pizza. Needs more parking but amazing staff. Laurence the bartender is funny, outgoing and an amazing server. As someone in the industry I cannot stress how great the staff is in this location. Especially Laurence who can cheer you up even on your worst of days.Food and atmosphere are typical. Staff are amazing.

Took 5 minutes to get seated we were the only ones sitting there , then we got seated , and she brought us water and never asked if we wanted anything else to drink and after we waited 20 minutes , she dropped forks and knifes and we never even got served. We ended up leaving.
