The most frustrating place I have ever stepped into.

Technical Safety BC
The process to report and give information about an incident was frustrating. Call taker at call centre was friendly but very slow and kept repeating questions and responses as well as put my responses into her words. Ie: I reported a danger of fire she repeated back explosion.
