Absolute worst experience with a landlord. Apartment was not livable when we first moved in. The apartment design was ok, but cheaply made, the paint and walls are cheap. The framings and finishings were half done. Not to mention thst there is water damage underneath the floors in walls and in ceilings because the apartment and building isn't solid. They add on extra charges and taxes for everything, which is illegal btw. The garage is steep and scrapes your car. The entrance to the garage is dangerous as it is full of blindspots and directly accesses decarie boulevard. Management puts bandaids over everything, like painting over water damage. And they default everything to the concierge. He is a lovely very sweet guy, but has no power to properly fix anything as the landords are trying to make as much money as possible. They dont stick to their lease fine print, they will encroach on your living space when you are exiting lease and will enter your apartment without you there, with no premission, and with minimal prior notice. They tried to give us 6 months notice of by weekly visitations without letting us know 24hrs in advance. You have to fight for your basic tenant rights. The list does go on. But i think you get the point if you are reading this. Absolute nightmare. The other good reviews on here thst say it is a well organized property are definitely fake or paid for, or both.

Nice apartment, but management will try to scam you all ways possible, not giving you what you payed for, adding extra new taxes, not responding when you have problems in your apartment and even expel you if you try to claim your rights... Worst experience ever with a landlord

Très beau projet

Our first home in Canada, which we are very grateful for. We were well received by the managers and concierge, the building is clean and well maintained. We loved our view of Saint Joseph's Oratory and it's well located, walking distance to groceries and the metro.

A well planned enjoyable project in a good location!
