My mother has been going to this branch for a very, very long time now. Every time I visit the bank with my mom, we always receive the best service. For example, recently, my mom has been ill and not able to stand long. As you know due to Covid-19 you now have to line up before entering the branch. My mom and I went in the line and there was maybe 7 people ahead of us. We waiting 2 minutes in the line and already that was too much for my 77 year old mother to wait. Before I could beg the security guard to let us in, the teller Rosie had already asked permission for my mom and I to come in and be seated. The security guard was at the door already waiting for us so that he could let us in . Rosie is by far one of the best teller on the planet!!! She is friendly, attentative, informative, solves your concerns on the spot and always...ALWAYS SENDS YOU HOME WITH A SMILE. All of the tellers at this branch are superb but Rosie has helped me out of crises many, many times. If I were to win the lottery, Rosie would enjoy a trip any where in the world she wants to go ON ME! ROSIE is not just my BMO teller, she has become family!!! I strongly believe that when someone has gone above the call of duty for you, they should be honored. Cheers to you Rosie Care!!!!!!

THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!I lost my wallet on 8th Jan 2019. I had my BMO debit and credit card in the wallet which was abused by the person who stole it.This is my story over visiting this branch 4 times!Trip 1- Jan 8, reported lost debit to the branch, signed the documents and was assured to get get back the money in 20 business days.Trip 2- went to the branch after 25 days. I was told its still processing!Trip 3- I went and spoke to this manager in April first week Miss Varinder Veghal. She is the worst employee ever! She told me that the person who did my documentation before did incomplete work due to which i did not get the credit.She asked me if i really need my money?Also since it was my 3 rd trip already i told them i am not coming again to the branch however i want branch to follow up now. Another CSR Andrew Nogueira and manager Varinder assured calling me an updating me about the status!Trip 4- went to the branch on 25 April, i dealt again with Miss Varinder. She had NO answer again. When i told her if this is how my experience with the bank is and want to close my account. It took her a microsecond to tell me ya she can close my account if i want. REALLY? IS THAT A CUSTOMERS WORTH?However this time i did not even feel like talking to her, i got up asked her details for the area manager and left because talking to her is USELESS! And waste of time!However she being the manager of the branch had no answer and did NOTHING!WORST BRANCH EVER!

I have a 2 business accounts with BMO and unfortunately when in branch I have to deal with Shiry Girgis, she is purposely unhelpful, has a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills. The ironic thing is that in her office printed on the wall is a customer satisfaction statement which she fails to deliver every time I go to the branch. She is completely useless at her job, she is a problem causer, not a problem solver.The rest of the team are always helpful and polite.

Most tellers are nice, except the one older lady with the glasses. Very rude from beginning to finish. Treat me like I'm stupid even though she's the one screwing up. Doesn't believe me until I show her the card machine.

Honestly the worst bank to work with every single location is the same. They are extremely slow and makes everything extremely difficult to get done. I would never refer anyone too them. Rosie at the Bristol location is the best rep to be within BMO’s history of me being with them! I have closed all my accounts and transferring to a new bank! There was one issue and branch manager from Leslie location both times have made the issues I have had extremely difficult and inconvenient!!!!! The previous branch manager Caesar was the absolute worst service ever since I had any bank accounts anywhere!

In person service is okay, could be better. Would rank lower than 1 star for phone service if possible!Over the phone is absolutely horrible, not because of bad service rather they are completely not accessible.I have been trying to call for about 3 weeks now to speak to someone about credit cards and no matter what time I call there is a message of a 4 hour wait time. I have usually given up after waiting for about 40 mins to an hour.I have tried calling in the morning, evening, late night all over various days and have had no success in speaking to someone. If you cannot pick up at least have a call back feature so people are not wasting their time. This bad experience is really making me consider switching to a different.Either figure out a way to have a call back system or booking an appointment online because I cannot be the only frustrated customer.

Worst BMO branch in the city. Every time I visit, the wait time is at least 30 mins because only 2 tellers are working while all the other reps are just chilling in their office. Time to question leadership on serious note. Banking should not be this stressful. ATM keeps breaking so I need to deposit in person all the time. I just watched a teller struggle with an angry customer for past 20 mins , this branch really lacks leadership presence.

This bank only believes in nickel and diming its customers. Long lineups whenever you go to this branch and you cam almost never get anything done without an appointment. One or two poor tellers trying to help customers while 4 other employees sitting in their cushy cabins. BMO we are in the 21st century, let customers do simple things online so they don't have to waste their precious time at your branches.

I use to do all my banking both business and personnal with BMO on Bristol Road East many years ago then i stopped because of their extremely poor customer service. I recently decided to go back to that branch, Ms AMANY ZAKI was there and she was the best!!!! After conducting my business she called back several time to make sure I received what I came in for. Her professionalize was over the top. She had a very gentle, sincere and caring manner. I am truly please I meet her and because of her I will begin to use BOM as my primarily bank again. BMO you have a WINNER with Ms.AMANY ZAKI!!!!Thank You
