Location is right by the street where homeless and junkies stay. Definitely not a place for pregnant women to be going!

I can't even reach the office to reschedule my appointment or to see if I can make it a little later because they don't answer their phones after a certain time which is before my appointment. How is that even possible to have people booked when you won't answer your phones for them to reach you the day of. Unacceptable and very unprofessional
