I rarely stop here because the only thing they know how to do is mess up your order. Stopped today because it was conveniently on my way and as per usual her got my coffee order wrong but the food absolutely shocked me. I didn't know that putting together a wrap was rocket science but apparently to these people it is. This is how my food came out of the wrap packaging. These people should be embarrassed.

I went there for my breakfast. First, they forgot to put egg then they added egg and asked me to pay $1.79 more. I ended up paying $14 for a breakfast combo which never happened to me. I used to pay around $8 for the same order at other Tim Hortons. Even after paying almost double price, the sandwich tasted bad. Egg was uncooked and too much sauce that I felt throwing up after eating it. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant but please take your time when you are making orders or serving food. From now onwards, I afraid to even try Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. I am sorry but I have to say it that it wasn’t a good experience at all.

Third time getting my order wrong in drive thru I had to go in and get them to remake the bagel. (I maybe visit 1x a month) Who thinks peanut butter on the jalapeño bagel goes together? I never once said peanut! And then when they remade the bagel, I got 2 PC of bacon, where the original horrible creation had twice as much. I should've asked for a refund. Like they were mad they had to remake it. Not worth the $3.35The tone of their voice sounds like they hate their job... the manager seems like a tyrant, only hiring quiet students or dare worse its all nepotism... worst location in the city.

It’s 3rd time happened, I always come here for coffee. Here one girl working her name is Leo. Here customer service is really bad . When I ask here key for washroom she always refused. Always same answer she is giving some customer left the key inside . This kind of behaviour this location will loose their customer. And also she is very rude . I will never come back on this location for coffee. I will not recommend anyone to go this location. Bad customer service.

Two times. Two times I have been here and how many times have these immigrant workers got the order right? None. The service is abysmal, I have never waited less than 25 minutes for a 1 item order, and when I try to get help the speak Ching Chong JIBBERISH to me and go on about their business. Wallah this place needs new management.

This place is god awful. I love tim Hortons but this place is changing my mind, 30 minute wait for a simple breakfast combo back to back times, nobody helps or asks what you need.

I asked for French fries and the lady said yes we do and later she said it’s potato wedges, so staff did not know the difference between the fries and potato wedges. And then I ordered iced cap and it also says that iced cap + cream, which took me to surprise and I told lady that I don’t want cream(whipped cream) in my iced cap and she said that how we make it. And when I pull up to window all the ladies looked at me like I commit a crime or something. I understand I don’t eat at Tim hortons everyday and Sometimes gets confuse and I m not returning to this location that’s for sure.

At first they treated me like I had the plague and the manager I had just pulled up in her vehicle and asked what I was doing taking pictures I explained to her the situation she made it better and solved any of the issues that I had here's an extremely nice lady and she explained that the staff that was on duty before she got there for either in training or didn't have the authority to help me with the situation at hand bright this would be a 5-star review if the staff that was there before the manager didn't look at me and walk away and ignore me like I was some scumbag on the street

Had lunch here and worked on business. I left 30min later to go on a business call. 15minutes into the drive I realized I must've forgot my purse. I pulled over and called & was hoping they could hold it for me until I could pick it up.The woman I spoke too remembered where I sat and Told me nothing was left behind- (although I knew it was, I wasn't anywhere else). She told me no one was currently there and my purse was not there and quickly hung up. She couldn't even take the time to look. I had to put work on hold, drive back (in a rush!) and found it right under the table. Easy to spot and easy for someone to steal. Thanks for being helpful. You've obviously never lost all of your card and ID!
