Rachel from Condo Culture was absolutely wonderful - she was instrumental in helping us find an amazing tenant for our unit and was able to make the closing process as smooth and painless as possible.As first-time investors we were not sure of all the paperwork and requirements needed, and Rachel was there with all the documentation and resources we needed.
