Have to book appointments to get a haircut but whenever you show up there is still a 30 to 40 min wait.But if I show up 30 to 40 mins after appointment time then apparently I am late and my appointment is void. So it’s a lose lose if you value your time.Overall the haircuts are just ok so if you are retired and have nothing to do in life and can tolerate wait times then this place is for you.If you value your time then look elsewhere as the hair cuts are not good enough to justify the long wait times or the customer service.

I've had both Sam and Mike cut my hair since pre Covid-19 time. I continue to be impressed with their skills. They are one of the best skilled barbers that I've been to.Both Sam and Mike give phenomenal cuts, really great guys and I highly recommend Bronte Barber Shop.

Great experience and service. First time here and will continue to come going forward. Fair price for an amazing cut. I had Sam cut my hair; I provided a reference and he blew what I had gotten in the past out of the water. I'd recommend anyone in the Bronte area (or Oakville/Burlington) to come here to get their hair cut. They also take phone-in appointments.

Moved to Oakville and got like 5-6 haircuts from this shop in the last year. The haircut you get is ok in itself.However the main issue is that I always got Pseudofolliculitis barbae (barbers itch) after getting a haircut here. The dermatologist recommended I change barbers as the haircut I am getting is probably rough and hard on the skin. When I brought this up The staff didn’t know much about this (crazy considering how long they have been doing this) and said the dermatologist is “wrong” nor did they make an effort to adjust based on what I was telling them.However I have stopped coming here and my barbers itch is also gone. The type of scissors, hair dryer etc that is used matters a lot if you have sensitive skin.So If you have sensitive skin then do your due diligence before coming here as for many reasons a haircut here can cause you skin issues.Thanks

Both Barbers do a great job, they are always consistent with their quality of workmanship. They're both very friendly and inviting. Their shop is always clean well kept. I have been going here for years and am very happy with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone considering trying them out. In the past I usually go to a specific person at a barber shop, at Bronte Barber Shop, I'm happy either way.
