unfortunately they have bad habit of overcharging the international students and they do not support them at all.the refund,bursar sections take the deposit illegally and do not refund it and they make funny excuses to take your money.it happened to me and as i know to other students whose study visa application got refused by immigration.in the other hand it is kind of black listed in immigration and bear in mind that this is a US institute and not Canadian.please think twice before you apply or make money deposit for LOA.

It's a tech campus, has Starbucks and tim hortons nearby
