Not a walk in clinic. Rude and unhelpful receptionist that just points at the sign and doesn't do anything. Literally she sits there all day while doctors apparently do phone consults? How the heck can doctors be allowed to only do phone consults now? This is ridiculous.

I would not recommend ever going to this walk-in clinic if you expect decent customer service from the front desk, and actually want to see a doctor for something as basic as needing a prescription filled. They do not care about their patients. They gave my mom a time frame of 30 mins, and 45 minutes later, refused to answer our phone calls when the secretary could clearly see us standing outside the door and knocking. Then, when we finally did get to speak to the doctor, they didn't even give the prescription to the Walmart pharmacy to fill. Instead, they closed early at 5pm when their hours posted are until 6pm without even informing us. We went to the pharmacy who told us they never received the prescription. Coming here is a complete waste of time, the people who work there are very unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. NEVER coming back.

I wish I could give 0 if there was any option. Totally rude and unprofessional receptionist. The ones who’s picking up the call for booking an appointment are extremely unorganized, they’re always in rush and never listen to your concerns. DR albert is so unprofessional, calling me without telling me he is a DR. From walking clinic, I was confused who called and why. Seriously learn to introduce yourself at least or tell the patient that ur calling from walking clinic.I DONT RECOMMEND HERE

Walk in clinic open until 6:00pm it’s 2:45pm it’s closed and says call for appointment. Lol then it’s not walk in is it? NOT

Discourteous and unprofessional !!As I stood in front of the receptionist, she continued to talk on the phone.When she finally got off and I asked to have my children seen: she finally informed me that the Dr. Was only doing phone appointments today.Apparently she was unable to pause for two seconds and inform me of this, while I was standing in front of her waiting patiently.

Absolutely rude receptionist. She hang up on you while you are explaining things to her. She had not done it once but other times as well to my other family member.I don't understand how they are a walk in clinic when they are fully booked for the next several days every time we call

Just went there. It says call number to book appointment. It goes straight to a voice-mail that is full. No wonder there's nobody in there. Knocked on the door she just points to the sign and puts her head down. Seems like the receptionist likes sitting there doing nothing. How are you taking appointments when the mailbox is full. How is it that there's nobody in there?

If you guys already booked. Better to put closed sign on Google page. Why patients need to waste their time. So, patients don't need to come to see the clinic.

We called in to make an appointment for my grandpa today and apparently the rude Indian receptionist told me to wait and hold for 20 mins not realizing that I am still on the line while she was talking to some one in her language. Apparently she came online and told me that I can’t make make an appointment at 2:30 and I go to her that I didn’t ask for 2:30 appointment. Then she puts me on hold again and came back stating that Dr Johal will call you at 3:40 to 4:40. I waited for his call missing my work since the call was for my grandpa. At 4:51 I called back asking as to why the doc has not called and she stated that the doc called. I told her I have sitting and waiting and have not received any call. It is so sad that in order to see a doc you have to go through this. She told me to call tomorrow since doc has gone home for the day whereas the location states that they close at 6pm. What a pathetic service you expect from docs office. People don’t call to lollygag but for genuine reasons and the treatment you get from receptionist to the docs is pathetic.
