Only one person actually attend to people. I suppose to wait only for 31 minutes according to screen up there but had to wait more than an hour. Very bad service

Staff is very unorganized. They don’t know what they doing. They keep on checking in customers but don’t care about the people already checked in. Definitely management have to do something. People were furious about all this.

Lies lies lies! Only 3 before you, your next... all lies. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE or you'll never get in! Chairs dirty! And I'm pretty sure my nurse pink eye! Very infectious! Should not be at work with pink eye!

The filipino lady there is very rude and her instructions are super unclear.She should not be working there. Sadly no way to file a complaint

Worst location ever. Don’t go there unless you have time to waste. They book appointments on their website, but, when you will go there, they will say no appointments on this location only walk-ins. Then you have to stand there in the line-up for like hours. I think they don’t understand the concept of appointments. We book appointments to save our time. So , they we don’t have to wait for longer. I don’t know what’s the point to book an appointment, if you still gonna wait there for 2 hours or more. Also, Staff is very rude.

if only i know how to report to the management of how terrible and unprofessional your staff is, particularly the filipina lady. no star if possible. we all know that not all are fond of testing especially sperm testing, it is uncomfortable and embarrassing to talk about. but this filipina staff somehow talked too loud and sarcastic while a client inquiring about it. talking too loud infront of other clients waiting there made the client feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. if she cant understand the client then she can ask nicely not sarcastically repeating aloud the client’s words. can she be more discreet and be professional? i know they usually have trainings but still unprofessional? we all go through with things in life so be nice especially if you chose to work in health care field that deals with people and their health.

Good experience! The staff were nice and polite, and explained everything very well. The site is located upstairs and looks almost like an office builiding. It's very small and the testing spaces are built like cubicle with door instead of the usual lifelab layout. I am giving only 3stars because I arrived at 7:30am today and the walk in time was already 74minutes, so it is not reccomended to drop in here. The staff do thier jobs well but curt at times. Parking is easy to access in the giant lot and there is an elevator to the 2nd floor. Waiting space is small and awkward. TV showing queue list has a broken section that flickers on and off.

I had a blood test and ECG (heart test) done here. Although they were short-staffed, I had a pleasant experience. Waiting time wasn't too bad, given it's a walk-in laboratory.

Long line up of people sitting and standing in the waiting room. Not very socially distanced. Staff seems to be busy with everything other than getting tests done. I estimated 1 hour standing until my turn. Doesnt make me feel safe

I had a great experience here. They are a walk-in clinic only, and despite there being 7 people ahead of me, I only waited maybe 20minutes. Process went very quickly and I was informed on how to receive my digital results. The staff was awesome, very friendly. However, parking in this plaza was a bit tight at 12pm on a Friday. Located on second floor of Nordel Professional Building.
