The pharmacist Joseph is terrible and has bad customer service/social skills. I asked the staff about the non-drowsy Sudafed and a young lady said I'll have to speak to the pharmacist. Ok. So he sees me but takes his sweet time and is just staring at some of over the counter meds before he finally walks over and asks (with an attitude) if he could help me. I said I wanted to see if they had a non-drowsy Sudafed because I will be driving some distance. He scoffs and says that the non-drowsy is just marketing. I tell him I'm not the pharmacist so I'm asking him. I just left because his whole demeanor and attitude was very off putting. He shouldn't be dealing with customers.

When my son came into the store, the employee (older lady with glasses) automatically asked him what do you want anything from here ? Thinking just because he's a teenager that he's going into the store with bad intention. This is very rascist and unprofessional. I won't be doing my shopping here anymore and will be taking this up with upper management and shoppers drug store Canada. I do not suggest that you should go here and get harrassed. Very rude.

Wow the worker Allison yelled at me for waiting for my prescription. It's an antibiotic for a 2 year old, I do need it as soon as possible. She was busy and expected me to come back in an hour... she needs compassion training as well as communication training. If she had an issue with me waiting for my prescription she could have walked over and talked to me rather than yelling across the room so that everyone stared at me. The pharmacist Ehab, was kind and knowledgeable. No complaints with him

Do not buy gift cards here.As someone else has mentioned here this location has a problem with gift card scamming. I believe the staff may be in on it. I was purchasing a $100 Playstation card for my cousin and when it rang up it showed up on the cash as a $100 Best Buy gift card and also gave an error message saying it cannot be processed. It then proceeded to try and give me a refund, asking me to insert my card again to process the refund. The cashier called her manager over for assistance who proceeded to manually reset the machine so it will bypass the refund step. She then assured me the card is fine and scanned it showing it is activated. The manager then went on to let me know that if I do find there is a problem with the card there is nothing they can do and to call corporate. When I got home I looked into it and discovered this is a common scam, there is barely noticeable sticker over the bar code on the gift card. When they go to activate the card I'm paying for it is actually activating the scammer's card (which was Best Buy). I'm fairly sure they know this is a problem and it's suspicious how they handled it. Corporate has offered me PC Optimum points in lieu of a refund which I'm not too excited about either.

Transferred my scripts here not to long ago . Went in tonite to pick up 5 scripts and activate a new benefits card from an employer.Laura went above and beyond get it done including phone calls . Got everything work out and was nothing but pleasant the whole time , greatly appreciatedTim

If you're looking for an honest and reliable pharmacy, go anywhere else but here. They will lie to your face and show no remorse.

This pharmacy breached confidentiality by sending my file to another pharmacy. I will NEVER be using shoppers again . Lady I spoke to is named haya. On Wednesday my girlfriend went to go pick up my medication and they were having issues processing the payment. They told my girlfriend that my medication will be ready for the day following,Thursday. So she waited 45+ minutes before being told about this. I got a call today from them saying they didn’t have enough stock to fill the full prescription. Our time was wasted. I’m a brain injury survivor so I can’t drive I rely on people for transportation. They messed with my patience and time was taken for granted. DO NOT USE SHOPPERS

I continue to be frustrated with the pharmacy here. Only reason I continue to go is the location convenience. Since the owner change a few years ago the pharmacy efficiency has suffered and customer service is terrible. A few examples, I received an email that my medication was ready. I go to pick it up and am told it is not. I show the email sent and staff scurry around trying to find it. Unable to do so, the pharmacist has to redo the order so instead of a pick up I have to wait for it to be redone. This has happened multiple times. There are specifically two members of staff that are rude. I had made an error in reading a text sent to my phone. I thought it was a pick up message but it was a message telling me I had no renewals. As I waited in line to get what I presumed was a pick up, I watched an employee berate another employee as well as the pharmacist and then it was my turn. She explained my mistake and told me to “read the whole message next time”. Yes, it was my error but rude is rude! It’s gotten to the point where I feel intimidated just picking up my prescriptions. I have to announce my birthdate in line. This is new since the pharmacy changed hands. It used to be name and address now it’s birthdate. There is only one employee there that I find pleasant and I pray for her when I go in for pick ups. Unfortunately, she is not on the pick up or drop off desks very often. Convenience or not I think I have to change pharmacies.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy services here. My wife got the wrong information twice. She had the prescription on her phone and when we went they told her to print and come back. We came back they told her we can’t take it printed but the team will call the physician and get everything ready and give us a call. We didn’t receive anything from them. The service has always been slow I could be standing there and my prescription ready and they wouldnt even call my name. I would have to go in and ask even tho they see me

Lack of social skills. Felt very judge with my question about my prescription. 10/10 do not recommend.
