Michael is the most professional and knowledgeable salesman we ever met. He spent one and a half hour in our house explaining everything to us, helping us to choose the type and style of windows. Quick reply and follow up throughout the entire process from first home visit to post installation rebate application. Installer George is experienced and did a great job. We are very happy with the end results and impressed by the service provided by Amica Windows & Doors. Competitive price and excellent product and service quality. George and the install team are great at what they do, they are thorough and make sure the job is done right. George did a wonderful job installing the windows, flashing and trim. My family and I are SO happy with our new windows. Michael was patient with us, carefully explaining every step of the process while working out through our budget and needs.After waiting out another lockdown, Michael's crew arrived, sticking with health and safety protocols, and managed to replace every window in our house in a day and a half.Michael then followed up by doing a full walkaround of the property, inspecting every window, asking for feedback, and addressing any lingering questions we had.While replacing windows is a hefty investment, my family and I are happy with every aspect of the job. We had all the windows of our house replaced along with several doors by Amica Windows & Doors. From the moment we reached out to Michael for an estimate, then onto the window style selection, and lastly the installation itself, everything went smoothly. Michael has a very honest and transparent approach to advising his clients and is extremely responsive. George the installer takes pride in his work and did a great job in the installation. Michael truly cared about how everything looked and reviewed everything thoroughly during and post installation. Everything looks fantastic and met our expectations. We had to replace our windows as we were having a lot of condensation which resulted in a mold. We chose Amica Windows and Doors and we're so happy that we did, the windows look fantastic! The triple glazed windows are much thicker than our last ones, it gives a more tinted look which is nice for extra privacy and is more sound proof than our old ones. Michael was really great to work with, he always answered all our questions and kept us updated on the whole install process. We had the install done in February and we were initially concerned about getting the windows replaced in the winter. But the installers did a great job, working on 1 or 2 windows at a time to make sure we weren't losing too much heat. They worked really hard and were impressed they got everything done in a day and a half. I would definitely be recommending Amica to all my neighbors.

From getting the quote to the installation, Michael was great. He kept us up to date throughout and came back to check on the installation. There were a few things we noticed and Michael came over right away and arranged for the fixes to be done. We are very happy with the service and the quality of the doors and installation.

Michael and his team have been nothing but the absolute best to work with! He sat down with me and went over every aspect of the project and answered any and all questions I had. When the windows and doors arrived and were ready for install, Michael had his installer George come and get everything in place. From the moment he showed up to the moment he left, George was professional and did fantastic work! Amica is a great company and Michael pours his heart and soul into it!

I cant say enough great words about my experience with Amica Windows and Doors. Michael was attentive to our needs from the very start and has a keen attention for detail. Dennis and Al, the installers, were super patient and took the time and care to answer all of our questions when the windows were going in. All in all, a great company to work with on a new construction or for window replacement.

I had the privilege to work with Michael and his team (Dennis & Al) to remove and re-install (brick to brick) 8 windows and a front door!Prior to doing this, you can see in the photos, my windows looked ok on the outside, but for the past 7 years, I have been using insulation film to keep the draft from coming into our bungalow in the winter time. The windows also had lots of condensation and the wood underneath (after opening them up) were rotted. That's the history.Due to COVID, the windows/door came in much later than anticipated, but on a tight schedule and in the cold, Michael and his team delivered and did a wonderful job!!! What can I say, but they were all professional, personal, courteous, meticulous and very precise with details. I never knew how important windows and doors until I met them! AMICA was perfect for this job!Finally, I have to praise Michael for his follow up and care. Throughout this process, he kept me up to date about the supply issue, he reassured me about the process, he was on site when the work was getting done (from time to time), and he made it a priority to inspect everything afterwards and even made sure the product was as good as it was advertised to be! I find this type of accountability rare and I am so glad that not only is the product looking great (see the photos), but the results also have been:1) I don't have to seal my windows with insulation film anymore2) Minimal to no condensation on the windows3) The home heats up and retains the heat much much longer4) Glass is bigger, clearer and looking amazing5) My toddler and soon to be baby boy #2 will have a warm roomThis was such a great experience and necessary investment for my home!
