Accurate Appliance Repair

I believe the first time we used Accurate Appliance Repair was from a suggestion from the store where we purchased our appliances from. We have used him numerous times over the years and have always been impressed. I called him this morning at 7:45 and he was here by 9:30 and my stove igniter was replaced in 10-15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and works very quickly. Each time he has come he has been fully prepared and typically knows the problem from your explanation. I would recommend him over an over. Excellent service! You will not be sorry.

He fixed my Maytag dryer fast, within less then a hour, he had the parts on hand, fast and professional. I am very pleased with the job he did. Not very expensive ethier.

John was awesome to work with. Not only was he quick with our removal and install, he fixed an electrical issue we were unaware of. He cleaned up, leaving our kitchen looking better than when he arrived!I highly recommend John and Accurate Appliance Repair!

John came out on short notice to fix our refrigerator before we lost all the food inside... thankfully we caught it early and John was able to come quickly! He did a very good job and was very efficient! In and out, all while explaining what the issue was. It's been a few months and it still works great. Thanks John!

I called to inquire about a repair for my washing machine and John gave me excellent advice regarding what he thought the problem might be. He could have just as easily charged me to come out and look at the washer but he freely offered this advice, potentially saving me hundreds of dollars. I will most definitely use his service in the future and would recommend Accurate Appliance Repair based on this experience.

I left a voice message for Accurate Appliance Repair on Sunday (Labor Day Weekend). John returned my call first thing on Tuesday morning. I explained what was wrong with my dryer. He knew over the phone what parts were needed and ordered both right away. My dryer was fixed within 3 days including getting a part that was on backorder. John suggested I only have him replace the necessary part and forgo the cosmetic" part. He said he could return that part. Wow

I had to have a circuit board replaced for my stove, and the service I received was extraordinary. I left a message on his phone after the store hours and he still got back to me within 30 minutes to talk over the issue. He explained what he had to do, why we had to do it, etc. He came to do the job he said he'd do and got it done in 10 minutes. Very fast, very professional, and very respectful of my intelligence. As a 23 year old college student living on his own, unaware of a lot still, he could have lied to me and said more needed to be fixed and I would've been none the wiser. But he didn't, he respected my intelligence and my business and the next time something breaks I'm glad I know who to call right away!

I called accurate appliance repair when my 8 year old Frigidaire professional refrigerator suddenly stopped working. He answered right away, I described the issue and he knew exactly what had happened. Unfortunately it was a common problem with the appliance. John took the info about the refrigerator and made some phone calls to Frigidaire and got a work order stated without charging a service call. (there was no repairing the refrigerator) based on research I wont by another Frigidaire refrigerator. He went above and beyond, thank you John. I will definitely call accurate appliance repair should i ever need appliance repair.

Service was outstanding. John got here in a timely manner and knew what was wrong, ordered the parts and was able to be here on several occasions we weren't. I would highly recommend Accurate Appliance to anyone in the area. Five stars is a definite!!!

The owner of this company worked with me over the phone to repair my oven in time for Thanksgiving. Once the problem was diagnosed he opened up late to allow me the opportunity to pick up the repair part and solve my problem. I was charged only for the part that was needed. Fantastic all around experience. I will never go anywhere else. I’d add that the local appliance store in Milton, where my oven was purchased, wanted $85.00 just to show up at my house for 15 minutes to diagnose the problem.
