Northern Scrubs

I made an order on Feb 23/23. It is now April 4/23 and have only received half of my order. The half that did arrive needs to be returned but everytime I email them, i get no answer. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. I'm out $300!!!

Recently made a purchase from Northern Scrubs and I absolutely loved it. The order came in quickly and everything was just like how it was shown on the site. When I had a question about my order, the team reached out to me almost instantly. I was very impressed. Definitely making a second order very soon!

This site is a scam! Never received my purchase, no response to messages, inquiries etc. Beware! These people are crooks!

I have to say I was very surprised and pleased with my last order. The scrub quality is amazing and very comfortable to wear. Shipping times were very quick and I look forward to ordering here again!

Terrible customer service, I ordered scrubs more than 15 days ago. They took my money, they have not shipped by order, I cannot reach them by phone. They have not answered my email. Do not order from them, buyer beware! Total scam!!

Zero stars. I ordered a pair of Dansko clogs from their website. They charged my credit card immediately. A few days later, I get an email saying that it was out of stock and to choose a different pair. There was nothing else that fit what I needed. After a couple of prompt back and forth emails, I requested a cancellation and refund. Since then, it’s been radio silence for 3 days. No communication.Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews on Google before ordering. Seems to have happened to others as well. Terrible business ethics. If it’s not in stock, don’t accept payment and don’t list it on your website.Still awaiting refund.Don’t buy from here. What a scam.

Love Northern Scrubs! I have made two orders so far, first for a set of scrubs and the second for a pair of shoes. Scrubs came quickly and fit great, breathable, just like activewear. Shoes shipped super fast too and looked cute! Highly recommend, fabulous service!

Terrible customer service. May be going bankrupt? Can’t return calls or fill orders in a timely fashion?

Unfortunately I’m not able to leave 0 stars either but would if I could. My wife ordered a pair of shoes for work on the website on Jan 19. She was informed shortly thereafter the shoes she ordered were not in stock and to choose a different pair. She then received another email stating the original pair were in stock and they would be shipped out to her shortly. After all this time and several emails back & forth she finally received an email today stating her order has been canceled and refunded. No explanation given!!!

Update to this post: Issue resolved. Was contacted and refundedThe original delivery of a pair of shoes was quick and seamless. BUT they sent the wrong color so I was approved" for an exchange and sent labels to mail back. NOW we are in poor customer service territory. The shoes were received Jan 5
