Womens washroom is dangerous!The door opens against the wall. Found that out after opening the door and smashing my hand between wall and door.There is also not enough room to sit on the toilet without touching the wall and toiletpaper holder with the side of your arms. And I am a small person. Larger person will not fit.

This is consistently the WORST Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. I go here several times per week, because unfortunately, it’s the only one in my area. I’ve gone two years without posting a review, but enough is enough.They are constantly understaffed and there is absolutely no quality control. There is something wrong with my order every single time I come here.There are several staff that attend the drive through that are argumentative. I literally had someone tell me they don’t sell something, that was very clearly on the menu.Got two chicken noodle soups today, with absolutely no chicken. The soup smelled off and I ended up giving them both to my dog, who literally wouldn’t eat it.Turkey sandwich with no bacon? They’ll add bacon anyways.The owner really needs to improve this location. It’s bad enough that I would write to head office over this.

This is consistently the worst Tim Horton’s I have ever been to,, its been three times in a row that there is something wrong with my order...either they give the wrong stuff or they forget to put the stuff in the bag and everytime the order was worth $15-20...they really need to improve their quality control..because of the wrong order I was not able to scan and avail the offer on my app and when asked they were like you can scan next time..pathetic service..

It's usually a very good Timmies.But the last time I visited it was not a good experience. They were short staffed and the place showed it. Long line ups, slow response times, and unclean booths. The food looked like it had been thrown together without any pride of service.I realize the staff on duty are under pressure. It's no fun working under those kinds of conditions. The managers and owner need to look into the fact that some of their staff are remaining home when they are scheduled to work.There was a school strike the day I visited -- and some of the staff are stay at home moms. They had no choice, they had to stay home with their school-age kids. But shouldn't someone high up in the organization have anticipated this problem, been proactive, and provided these hardworking moms with day care for their children?Isn't that how successful business have always operated? Looking after their workers in times of need?The staff of a business are part of the 'household' of the business. In other words, they are 'family.' Business owners should treat them accordingly.

Usually love this location, but today had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with a woman with the name tag “skittles” at the window. She was so rude, wouldn’t talk or smile and didn’t say a word to me and then took my money and didn’t even look up and shut the window. I get bad days happen but don’t take it out on your customers.

Dear time Hortons .. please give people stir sticks .. especially when house don't put the right amount of sugar in.. or any some days . .and I have to put my own in from the stash in the car .. I will say though when they see the golden retriever they always give her an extra timbit
