They have been immensely helpful in resources and assistance such looking up new career paths, writing cover letters and resumes, career counciling, workshops, looking up student loans and bursaries, getting clothes for interviews without funding as well as having access to computer systems in order to facilitate job searches and document generation.

Great opportunity for many things. Helpful staff and services across the board. I use for faxing but there is free computer use for job search, postings etc. Councel for work also available. Help with cpp, disability etc. Great community services.

Find another agency that has more services. This one only has the basic Resume Workshop that doesn't do anything for you. Then they tell you to apply to jobs that aren't in your wheel house and expect you to take subpar pay for jobs that you don't have the skills for. Then, if you do apply for a decent paying job, you're told that it's below you and not take it.

I cant express how pivital the caring para legal's at Pathways have been to me. I became disabled ending my career as a nurse and had no idea to begin the process of applying for DISABILITY CPP, CPPD. (or even what the differences were).Steven Lockwood was my advocate and spent countless hours on my case all free of charge.Filling out legal forms ,gathering pertinent info ( doctors specialist etc ) representing me and walking me through every step of the process.Without his guidance and expertise I would never have been able to navigate an almost impossible system .Thanks to the stellar professionals I was able to present my case and obtain a settlement and on going support.Their attention to details, professionalism and empathy really were invaluable . FIVE STARS WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE !

Pathway employments dropped the ball on my ODSP application so many times that I feel it appropriate to name them specifically for the reason I am about to die on the streets.

Extremely unhelpful. They will give you one link to a .CA job post, and tell you to connect with employers and try to keep in contact with them.After 6 months of no luck your file is then closed.It's a sad O.W sends you to this place.

Incredibly sad to say this Agency has lost its way. Almost NO CLIENTS, yet they continue to receive funding. Something is very wrong here. Double the number of staff to clients. Top heavy in management. I brought my concern's to the CEO, No response.
