I have 2 vehicles done same as every yearWhen brought them to oil change at Canadian Tire next week they discovered that front half were not coated at all they did not even open the hood either will contact them tomorrow and ask for recoating will not go to this location anymore

Good place for getting rust proofing done. Great staff. There was an offer for $10 off and two free movie tickets to get rust proofing done before Dec 31st. The receptionist didn’t make a mention of it until I did and asked for it. I think they should proactively mention this. The parking lot is bumpy.

I was so impressed by the young lady answering the phone and working at the front desk. She very politely and clearly explained everything so well to customers. I think customers felt she had really done her research, knew her job well, and she has amazing communication skills. The staff always do a good job on my car and I come here every year.

I had the worst experience ever with them, I went for rust proofing of my car to them but the person who met was too rude, I guess he was the owner. I will never suggest anyone to go to them. They were so unprofessional, they are supposed to tell the customers beforehand that the cars needs to be washed. Instead of treating a customer rudely. This is against the customer service ethics. If you can’t greet your customers properly and can’t do your job well then I’d suggest change your profession and start doing what you enjoy. If your day is bad then don’t take that out on customers.

Been going to Krown Brampton facility for a number of years now. Took my two cars to get sprayed there this spring. The Krown product is the best product to apply to your car if you want to keep your car looking great for years to come. Will be going back next spring for another application. I've been using the Krown product on my 2005 Accord for more than 10 years now and I don't have any major rust problems.

I got a heavy spray done for my truck just over a month ago, when my mechanic lifted the truck on the lift today you couldn’t even tell it was sprayed. Very light spray was used and essentially nothing stuck to the truck. Go elsewhere.

I got my van spayed at Known. I missed a few years so I was surprised at the quality of the work. How it has gone down hill. Krown is the best way to avoid rust but the condition my van was left in is the reason for only 3 stars. It used to take 1hr, now only 30 mins for the same job?? My van had oil on the outside, yes on the paint. I mentioned this, see attached pics. They said they sprayed it but they didn't clean up the oil. When I opened the doors there was oil running down, see pics. There was white grease on all the plastic plugs... not wiped off. Yes it's good the white grease and oil but it should be wiped up so it doesn't get on your pants or shoes and tracked inside. Also on the upper outside of all the door was a oily hand print. I never had these issues in the past at the same place. I'll never be back.

Watch the crew work on my truck, spraying every nook and cranny, even removing taillight lens covers to spray inside wheel wells really impressed me. Everything about their service, from the time you make your appointment, when you walk in and after, when you get your vehicle back is all professional.
