Zeus, a gentle, timid, handsome Bernese mountain dog, was at 13, well beyond the years of the average Bernese. Unable to walk or stand or even sit up, it was time for Zeus to retire to his mountain top. The staff at Lexington were unexpectedly compassionate with Zeus and the five of us, Zeus's loved ones. The staff catered to our wishes, requesting when to proceed, requesting of any of our personal desires of Zeus's care in his final moments. All tenderness and compassion!

Very knowledgeable but extremely expensive. The exam fee alone is 100$, I found another vet in Kitchener exam fee is only 60$

We took our cat Boots to Dr. Atmore. Sadly August 9 2022 after 15 years we had to put Boots down. Dr. Atmore was so loving and caring with Boots and us. Dr. Atmore is Outstanding and would recommend her for your Pet Care. The staff is helpful and friendly always. Thank you Dr. Atmore for all you did for Boots. Prices at the Clinic are very good.

Unfortunately, having to rush to the emergency clinic our cat Bentley did not make it. To our surprise not only did we received a phone call the next day but also this beautiful Rose and hand written letter for our vet clinic. Our time spent with the Lexington Animal Hospital was great. Always kind greatings and great care for our cat. Thank you for your condolences and sending these personal messages to our family.

I haven't gone to any other vets but I think I made the right choice with VCA, they are super understanding and always provide excellent service for my little Lizzie! She has no problems going to see them and she's always happy when she's there!If you haven't already look into the Carr Club!Much love VCA folks!

Went there today for the first time with our foster rescue. They greeted us with a warm friendly smile. Cooper the rescue greeted them also with a wagging smile. The Vet Jacqueline and assistant Carol were awesome. Explaining in detail what the issues were and what they would do to remedy the problem. So far we are extremely happy with the service.

Very positive experiences with this clinic getting my dog in for an appointment and having him groomed. I have an anxious poodle mix and he does very well with them. They are patient and understanding. When I asked them if they recommended any groomers in the area for challenging dogs, they offered to groom him on site, explaining they could offer him more support if needed. They were really willing to give him a chance. Anita did a wonderful job and worked very hard to support our pup. I will happily keep attending this clinic and feel lucky they are so close to home.

Very clean and professional vet service offered a free first exam to see my cat we were in and out in under 45 mins and the vet service was 5 stars I'd recommend this service to anybody looking for a helpful and caring vet service they even sent me a text 1 week later to checkup on my kitty VCA you guys are awesome!

Fantastic service and care. I was able to book online for the next morning. Janelle at reception was so friendly and kind and took us in so we didn't have to wait outside without a vehicle (Covid times, am I right?). Dr. Atmore knew immediately what the issue was with my cat and put my worst fears to rest. They got me a quote to look at the cost of treatment so I wouldn't be surprised by the bill, and treated my cat right away. The cost was a bit high, but they had an offer for a free exam for first time clients (on their website) and that made a big difference. To get my cat the care and treatment she needed immediately was amazing no matter the price. Dr. Atmore was extremely professional and gave us the time we needed to go over everything and answered all my questions. All of the staff was so helpful and kind, you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Thank you all so much from me and Marmalade<3

I have nothing but praise for Lexington Rd. Animal Hospital. They have been taking care of my cat since she was a little furball and they always treat her like royalty. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, helpful and attentive. The veterinarians are outstanding, they are very skilled and thorough. They offer a wide range of services, from wellness and preventive care to dental and surgical care. They also have grooming and boarding services that are very convenient and comfortable. I joined their VCA Canada CareClub, which is a great wellness plan that covers all her basic needs and gives me unlimited exams and live chat with a vet professional. It also saved me money on her spay surgery and microchipping. I recently moved to Mississauga and I haven’t been able to find a vet like them. I miss them a lot and I appreciate everything they did for my cat and me.
