Nails Time
I went first time there. It was really worst experience. I showed them a picture that I want this type of nails. He didn’t ask me what shape I want. He started cutting my nails. I was unaware. Because It was my first time. Then I told them I didn’t like this shape on my hands Can you please fix it? They said no, it’s already done. They did this. No defining and nothing.

Been going here for years and the service is always great!Had a shellac pedicure a couple weeks ago, and the paint has held up perfectly.Staff is always friendly and seem genuinely appreciative of your business. Good feels all around.

Nails Time
If I could give this a 0 star I would! WORST nail place I’ve ever been too. My nails are lumpy and bumpy, one of them has scratches on it. He put the nail polish and top coat on THEN filed it. They are all different lengths and not completely filled all the way back to the cuticle! I literally have one nail that has a giant chunk taken out of it!

I brought my granddaughters there ages 6 and 8 and what a lovely time we had. The staff were so professional and patient and totally attentive to two little girls having their first pampering experience! A big thank you to the staff at Nail Time Ropewalk Lane! A great place to visit!

Nails Time
I went for a simple gel removal which resulted in being completely ignored for 20 minutes. 2 separate “technicians” used poorly sanitised tools to completely rip apart and file my nails down with no acetone in sight. I left to clean up what was left on my own. Will never be returning.

Had a great pedicure. Brought my own regular nail polish, which is my usual thing. Excellent shaping of my toenails, and lovely foot & leg massage.

My first time visiting the salon and I really enjoyed it. All of the technicians are friendly, professional, and know how to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I would highly recommend them for you nail needs. Thanks so much for the service!
