Family owned business which is so special. Very knowledgeable. Jeff and Nicolas (father & son) made my shopping experience so easy and pleasurable. The items were packed impeccably and shipped out the same day. My order arrived the very next day. I remembered having a wonderful experience purchasing a gorgeous piece of jewelry from them many years ago at an antique show in Toronto. I still have the exceptional piece and still adore it as much as the day it was purchased.

Nicholas was so very patient while helping me match a silverware pattern.I received a set of sterling silver from my mom and had always been told it was Louis xv. One spoon was missing and I wanted to replace it. I hadn't noticed that the dessert spoons were actually a different pattern (and not sterling!)until Nicholas pointed it out when I sent in a picture. He got me sorted out and I received the spoon today. It is perfect. Thank you so much. My mom would be laughing about this.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Monica and Francesca. Living in the states, I did not have the opportunity to see the diamond earrings I purchased in person, but I knew I was going to love them as both ladies were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel so special, and although this was my first purchase with Daisy, I felt like I had been ordering from them my whole life. Not only did my earrings arrive the next day, and are absolutely gorgeous, but the packaging was so luxurious. I’m looking forward to purchasing from Daisy again!

They provided high quality support and service which is very important when you shop on line and have no previous experience with the seller.
