Absolutely terrible, 4 months to set up visits. Still waiting. Calling daily. How can you justify a 4 month waiting period?....Dont give us a why dont you call us so we can better understand your situation. We all know how phone calls go. Right to voicemail 2-3days for a call back. If youre lucky....Just wondering what is being done to shorten these wait times?. Cruel and unusual punishment it seems like. Who can I contact to make a formal complaint?.

Posted 2 years worth of incompetence. Indepth review disappeared . Beware of dealing here. Lies deception and refuse to follow court orders causing you great stress. Then blame you for everything.Response to owner. I have dealt with you as well. A 4 inch review does not just remove itself. You don't follow your own written policies and have caused me extensive distress. You never return calls. I have the call logs of close to 50 or so unanswered calls on my cell. Yes we have had this discussion about my thoughts on this place and you in no uncertain terms advised that it was go very poorly me if I did not remove my review . 50 plus messages left with no reply then lie about itPhone records verify my attempts
