We have used Vertical Vic’s on several occasions, and each time we have had nothing short of a great experience!Everyone from the sales team is very educated in all aspects of design and product, and the installers were very prompt, professional and neat.We have purchased custom shades from them for my living room, and they look as beautiful as my furniture and compliment the room perfectly. My mother had them custom make shutters for her back room and they turned out beautiful! I have also had Vertical Vic’s come out to my office and install custom wood blinds in my conference room and two offices. Beautiful job and very reasonable.

We recently moved and had to take down the blinds. Well, we broke a part to hang the valance. We stopped by Vertical Vic's to see if they had something like the part we broke. The ladies were very welcoming and helpful. They didn't have the part, but they gave us a couple websites to look for the part. The ladies were very kind and helpful. We did buy some clips for the blinds we also broke. If I needed blinds or window treatments, I would definitely go back to this store.

The service received, attention to detail, and assistance with selection is fantastic. We love our window treatments in our house. Most recently we designed Roman shades for our door-wall, and have been so excited about the way they look and function! Additionally, the installer was very detail-orientated to ensure perfection with the product. We’ve used Vertical Vic’s a few times now and will return for our next window treatment needs!
