Nothing to do with service agent, but was not asked for an email to provide a confirmation or tracking number for a $900 part as the agent told me the company system is not set up that way. I was quick to receive a feedback request but could not get a purchase confirmation or shipment confirmation via email. Other than that, experience was great.

Your rep was very patient and help. She was quick to act in my behalf and was very understanding of my circumstance. The possible resolve to the issue with the product if unable to be repaired associated with the warranty is troubling and problematic in my opinion .

My clients Bertazzoni range’s interior glass door was shifting out of place.It was a week old !Distinctive was prompt , efficient & solved the problem instantly pretty much.The fact that a replacement/ repair is going to be sent out very quickly is wonderful.The customer service agent was fantastic and very prompt , in the future if I ever have any issues with any distinctive products, I will know that I will be well looked after. Highly recommended ‼️‼️

I gave you 5 stars because you gave me the contact of your service technicians in the area, but when service tech came he told me that it's on child lock and he showed me how to do it.I had to pay $ 120 for service, but I could save it if you would teach me on the phone how to unlock it.2 star because my problem was solved finally.
