The customer service here was poor and the supervisor did not explain anything to me and kept cutting off her worker when she would speak. Her name was Kyran I believe. I would not suggest anyone to go here as it is very horribly managed.

They lady that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable usually when I go to get a new phone it’s a super long process but I don’t think I was even in the store for an hour. It was most definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Telus

Kyran made this so stressless for me. honestly this was the most incredible time. 2.5 hours was spent dealing with this issue and her calm demeanour made me so much better. She handle this with the telus technical department, cause I think if I had I would have lost my mind. She certainly didn’t get paid enough for what she was worth today she truly is the best!!
