Went to visit Calgary back in the summer and some of our friends recommended Monogram and it was a good experience!The customer service is 10/10, the food and the drink that we got are lovely, and the ambience is just as good as their service and their products!We will definitely visit monogram again when we are back in Calgary!

My favourite coffee shop in town. Trying to treat my co-worker with a nice latte. Not sure why one of the latte is less than usual, has not been drink yet.

Really great spot! There are a few Monogram spots around Calgary but I like this location best. The ambience and vibe is local but feels modern and clean. The drinks are good, which is basic requirements for sure, but I liked the baristas willingness to recommend drinks based on their beans. I recommend this spot to anyone traveling through needing a good work place, and also try some of their baked goods! The banana loaf was divine.

All monogram locations are very consistent with their coffee, service and quality. This particular location seemed to have more options of baked goods, soft serve ice cream and other misc drinks.The service is friendly, the location is clean/tidy and there's some unique sitting opportunities here (typical coffee shop size). As it's a corner shop, there is a lot more natural light that flows through. Everything is worth a try here and at all their other locations. Favourite go to is the London fog - you will not find anything of that sort anywhere else. Would also recommend their cookies - soft and moist.

Coffee / drinks were great as usual. The espresso milkshake was really good, I wish it was available at the location closer to home.Had to knock a star off the previous 5* rating because one of the baristas was busy on her phone while the other was making drinks and we were waiting to order.The location also felt more claustrophobic than I remember, even with only a few other customers in the store. Not sure if they squeezed the tables closer together, or things behind the counter were just messy and all the chairs were pulled out.

I love Monogram for their London Fog, and this is my favourite location. There are plenty of other local businesses around, and there is ample parking in the area. So if you can't find one in the lot there are plenty of street parking options in the neighbourhood. In the warmer months, I like to enjoy my drink, on the benches outside, or at Crescent Park nearby.I like that they feature a seasonal menu as well, and my favourites so far are the Lavender Earl Grey Latte in the spring and the Naughty & Nice (coffee with a toasted marshmallow and cider duo) in the winter.The only thing that pains me is that the closing time is earlier than it used to be.

Signed up for a subscription and 40% of the coffee I received is their house blend, despite the subscription info saying it’s a great way to try new and exciting offerings.Emailed Monogram and was told that since that’s the flavour profile I picked, that’s what I get. No attempt to resolve the concern and instead suggested I change my order preference.Many roasters I’m Canada now, choose one that actually puts thought into their subscriptions and actually sends you something new and exciting.

Monogram is always a win! Their coffee is quality which means it's delicious and nicely roasted/made.If you enjoy a modern vibe while hanging at a cafe, it's a great go-to. They've got several locations so it's accessible throughout the city.Also, If you're in Britannia and want to walk while enjoying your coffee, there's a beautiful green space overlooking the elbow river a couple hundred meters up the hill!Parking can be a challenge during a busy day though, so just be ready for a cruise around the block or parking lot!Happy caffeinating!
