Excellent and friendly service !!

Lack of accuracy and dismal customer service.After reviewing the work done on my taxes, I noticed that there were clear errors in the numbers. Not sure how this was possible after I highlighted the numbers to be entered before dropping off the documents. I called to discuss and was met with hostility. Finally, they amended my tax submission and claimed an oversight. I understand, mistakes can be made, but I find it appalling in how it was dealt with. No refund was given for the poor and inaccurate service.Needless to say, I won't ever be returning and I'll be sharing my disappointing experience with others. If you do decide to use the service, I'd recommend double checking the work. But in that case, I'd rather go elsewhere or do it myself.

We did our taxes here for all three years that we were living in Canada - the final one had to be done after we had returned to Australia, and the team made it very easy for us. Staff are (mostly) bilingual and were always very happy to help. The prices were very reasonable, and we received cute little gifts upon completion. I would recommend them to anyone!

There were several obstacles when doing my tax declaration but everyone was really supportive and especially Bianca guided me through all the paper work. Thanks to her, all problems are solved :) I can really recommend centre d'impôt marino!

No one likes doing their taxes but thank you so much to impot Marino family. For once It was easy and in a friendly space. Was fast to take my file and just as quick to get my file back. Brought my daughter with me and they had milk and cookies for her. So sweet.Thank you guys.

Very disorganized placed; they could not find our papers. Details on tax forms still needed work, but told us that papers were ready. We gave them plenty of time to finish, even after they called us to come pick up our papers. If you have a lot of time to waste they are o.k.. But be prepare to wait.... For those who want organized and speedy service I would not recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this place - they took so long to respond to each email (over a week usually, with follow ups), did not communicate well at all, and completely stopped replying when the time came to actually pay them. How can a company make it so difficult for me to literally just send them money?!In the end, I sent three follow up emails asking how I could pay them and get my tax forms, and heard nothing back. Literally all I wanted to do was pay them money and get my tax forms - that should be so easy. I've now been forced to use another accountant, who is much more responsive.Since I believe my forms had already been completed, this has been a real waste of both my time and the companies time.

I've done my taxes with Marino Impot for many years now and I always get an amazing service. Thanks Bianca
