Fast service, great food, and friendly staff! My favourite is their beef pad Thai and house fried rice. Its also a good portion and consistent everytime. Can't go wrong with this place!

Very Americanized Chinese food. The portions are good, but between spicy Shanghai noodles and Mongolian chicken, the taste was practically the same. Spring rolls were fine, general Tao wasn’t spicy, just… in a sauce. We ate and didn’t cook so got the job done, but probably won’t return.

I would have rated the food a 3 (it was decent Americanized Chinese food) but the service was so bad. The woman on the phone was so rude and hung up on me without telling me when it would be ready or taking my name. I had to call back to ask and she was so rude again. When I got there to pick it up there were a number of people trying to pick up their food but because she didn’t take names everyone was having to say what they ordered. She was so rude when people didn’t know (many people were picking up orders that another family member had placed) and had to call their family member to get the entire order. I don’t understand how people can be so rude, especially to their customers!

The food was adequate but not fulfilling. The hot and sour soup was lacking flavour but had a great consistency. The best part of our order was the sesame chicken as it was cooked perfectly. The rice and noodles were just average and wouldn’t recommend. They did give complimentary white rice and fortune cookies.

For a long time, I have been looking for a good Chinese takeout place in my neighbourhood without luck.I finally found this place and it did live up to my expectations. The service is certainly *terrible*, but I don’t care much about that for takeout. Of course, I would never go there for a nice dinner out.I got cheese wontons and General Tso’s chicken. Both were tasty. There was a bit too much sauce on the chicken, but it was still tasty. I found the portion was almost enough for two people, so I got some leftover as well!I ordered by phone and it was ready in 15 minutes in a very carefully organized package.

At first, I was a little hesitant to go in after seeing the reviews online. After seeing a lot people going in I thought of giving a try and the restaurant did not disappoint. I'm guessing the restaurant is run by a family and the food is so so good. I tried the house special noodles and the C10 combo platter. LOVE the house noodles and would recommend that! Don't recommend going by the past reviews for sure. Try it yourself.Suggestion: It takes around 30-40min for the order so I would suggest ordering in advance.

10/10 The Lo mein and fried rice are absolutely delicious. Food was prepared properly and ready on time as stated for pick up. Hands down one of the best takeout foods I’ve had in Kitchener. Recommended!!!

This is the worst place to get chinese food. I ordered online and specifically requested for very spicy fried rice of 1 bowl, to which the lady asked for the level of spicy, I mentioned level 3 spice, only to be delivered 3 bowls of rice instead of 1 bowl. The quality of the food was poor, the taste was off and the beef and chicken in the rice were stale and slimy like a couple of days old. Apparently, the food was not freshly cooked. What a waste of $77.18 on July 1, 2023 to celebrate my labor day.

So I used to come and order their lunch menus and sometimes their dinner Plate.I remember I used to always order their General Tsao. It was my favorite.Then one day I ordered from them again. However. The next morning. Around 5 o'clock. I felt really sick. My stomach was acting up and it was so painful that I thought i would either pass out or die. It was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. It was so bad that I believe from the looks of it I was literally leaving stools of blood.And if they do read this I'm the guy who recently ordered your Chicken Curry from the lunch menu.The counter lady seems to have an attitude but it never bothered me. I assumed thats just how she is. But had I known. Either they knowingly or unknowingly poisoned the food.I never showed up there ever again.

Lunch specials offer unbelievably good value. Chicken fried rice has tender pieces of moist white meat unlike the hardened bits you get at other places. Order is ready quickly and tastes hot and fresh. Oh, and the chili garlic sauce they have is the perfect combo of sweet/sour/spicy! Love this place.
