Not sure why there are so many positive reviews. I had her work on my wrist tattoo in October and i am very disappointed as there has been ZERO change in my tattoo. Still looks exactly as it did when i first got it done. Not impressed..paying a lot of money for nothing

I’ve been coming for regular appointments for over a year now.I had a tattoo that I was never very happy with, and decided I wanted it removed.There’s minimal places in Saskatoon to get a removal done, but Resolve has the best and only Picoway laser available in Saskatchewan, so choosing Resolve was easy. The staff here were very realistic and knowledgeable about the process and expectations; after the first treatment, very little fading would be present as they go to the deepest layer. This was correct. The most fading was seen after treatment 3 and 4. This is important to know so you aren’t disappointed.The fading was most noticeable about 6 weeks after the appointment.I was quoted approx 5 treatments 6-8 weeks apart (longer is better), but, it’s impossible to predict how your body will respond. I try to keep the area cool as instructed and drink lots of water to help.Looks like I’ll be needing a few more treatments beyond the 5 I had hoped, the light color first needed to be oxidized by the laser and then removed and it’s being quite stubborn. This couldn’t have been predicted. We altered the schedule to be every 10 weeks to allow extra time for my body to remove the ink between sessions and increase effectiveness of each session.Overall, happy with the results even though it takes a while. Treatments every 8-10 weeks, as you can imagine, takes time. It’s not a quick fix that’s for sure!As far as pain… it is a LOT worse than getting the tattoo, 10 fold. Good thing, treatments are short. I liken the feeling to being burned deep inside your skin. Topical anesthetics do not help as it’s deeper than that. I recommend NOT getting the tattoo in the first place. I recommend Resolve to get it removed if it’s too late to make better choices.

Very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to educate and answer questions. They have top of the line equipment to use so its a lot less painful than going other places I find.

Clean, Professional and it works! Went there for laser facial since I have ethnic skin. No down time at all. Staff make sure to take breaks and I can tolerate the slight discomfort. I can see my skin got a little plump 4 weeks in! Going for another treatment soon!

Best experience with laser tattoo removal!! So much better than the last place I went! The atmosphere was inviting and professional and the people doing the removal were awesome. Took way less time than the other place I went before and cost less too (because of their laser). Afterwards the pain and discomfort was short lived and overall not bad. Overall amazing experience! Definitely going back for the rest of my removals.

clean, comfortable, friendly and very professional environment, I would recommend them to anyone. whether your looking for skin rejuvenation or wanting to remove an unwanted tattoo, this is the only place to go!

Wonderful! Had a tattoo removed from my arm. The actual laser treatment lasted about one minute. It was uncomfortable similar to getting a tattoo and having it hit a sensitive spot. Did not wimper, or cry. Really great experience. No post treatment pain.

Staff are friendly and its affordable. it hurts a lot so think before you ink! also results are amazing after 3 sessions. 2 sessions and my black tear drop tattoo is completely gone.

Extremely knowledgeable- she knows what she’s doing! You can feel comfortable knowing you’re going to a true professional. Results can take 4 weeks, it’s been 1 1/2 and things are starting to happen just like she said they would. I would absolutely go here again. They’re not money hungry just after a quick buck, they actually care and want you to get good results. Thanks!!!
