Room price was okay other than housekeeping deciding to start cleaning way too early in the morning. The service at the front for checking in/checking out was ridiculous. If you stay here, watch your credit card - double charged for the stay and now have to dispute the extra charges. No one on site would help.

Newly renovated hotel, rooms were clean. The free breakfast with the room was a great touch! Pool was still under renovations but otherwise excellent experience

Great hotel for the price! Reno's look great! Can't wait til pool area is done.Rooms could use bedside lamps for a bit more lighting but other than that they look great. Bathroom is very nice!If you want a super quiet hotel however, this one is still old even with the renos and you can hear everything. Just an fyi.Also love that you are pet friendly! Our black lab was happy to be able to come with us for the weekend! And free breakfast was awesome!

The water pressure at this place was very low. I extended my stay twice during the week and the front desk failed to mention that they were raising the rates until I checked out. There were cigarette butts on the stairway floor. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately the walls in the rooms are paper thin, you can hear everything in the hallway outside and during my 4 night stay with my young son we were woken 2 nights in a row around 3am by drunken, inconsiderate guests in the rooms around us, slamming doors and talking/arguing loudly.Newly renovated rooms were nice and the bed was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, free breakfast at the restaurant was good but none of that helps when you’re travelling and you can’t get a good nights sleep.

No weather stripping around door to seal out excess noise from the hall. Only 1 small bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. I expect a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner for the price. The towels were rough. Not soft on the skin at all. Almost felt air dried. The hand soap was not much thicker than a nickel. No waste bin in the bathroom. The room was only equipped with a shower, and no tub. No do not disturb" placard for the doot. The only good thing was the free breakfast. Not worth the price of what I paid."

Room was clean and tidy, complimentary breakfast was excellent,however make sure reception give you coupons for breakfast for all guests including children,as the restaurant does not honour if you don’t have it.I had no issue getting issued my ticket by the gentleman on front desk as soon as I asked. Bathrooms were a little small however the new updated shower was great.only 2 sets of towels was a pain when we had 4 people in the room however once again we asked and they obliged.

Good value. Under renovation right now so don't let the outside deter you. Efficient staff, nicely redone lobby and rooms. We'll be better once the pool,spa and other renovations are done. Housekeeping appears to be on request, not a daily routine, but prompt when requested

Quite good! The room was clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly. Common areas and the exterior were a bit rough though.

Staff was Good to me. Facility is under renovations and is in need of better common area cleaning. Room was fine though and there are few bad locations in Regina - you can get across town in 15 minutes after all
