Excellent service. Dr Koo is experienced and very methodical. Reception staff will provide you exceptional customer service. My son is going there for about 6 months and he is on a 24-months plan. He is very well taken care of by these professionals. Thank you!!

Great location easy access for bus and lots of parking. But most of all the staff are very friendly.

My son needed braces. Always very welcoming. I truly appreciate the time taken to explain everything and what to expect. I never felt pushed to hurry up and make a decision. Dr Koo and her team truly go up and beyond. I’m impressed and pleased with my sons teeth and he feels more comfortable smiling. I highly recommend Aura Orthodontics!

Not a great orthodontist. Had a terrible experience and will never recommend to anyone. Wore my retainer EVERY night and followed all instructions from orthodontist and even got a new set due to wear and tear. The new retainer shifted my bottom teeth and I went back to the orthodontist only for them to say “it is not worth our resources to fix this”.

Friendly service, especially the receptionist, always trying her best to accommodate whenever I change my appointment date.

I visited there with my daughter for our first appointment. It was suggested by our dentist.Environment was good. Nice ambiance. There was a TV near reception for kids. Staff was nice & Friendly. Respond to your queries nicely and calmly. Wait was average. (15-20 Min after our appointment time, I didn’t expect it though, I was 30 min early from our appointment)I don’t like the response from Dr. I think we were attended by trainee, She (I don’t remember the name, sorry about it) was asking questions, going back to dr. For response and then another question. She was working like a mediator between us & Dr. Dr. came in the end, clarified few questions and that’s it. But overall experience is ok, but I am planning for a second opinion after this visit.

Friendly staff and always available in case of urgency, however, the waiting area have only two chairs , you need to stand up for long it’s not easy for some people.
