I asked to leave a rattan ceiling light on hold because I was planning to come in within a couple of hours to buy it. They had my phone number just in case. When I called 2.5 hours later to let them know I'm running late, they told me that they put my light back on the floor and now ALL 3 they had in stock got sold! So essentially they just sold my light to someone who wanted it. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You had my phone number and it wouldn't kill you to call me before releasing it to the floor. Shame on you! The girl said to just order online...I had my electrician coming in that same day!!! So no, I can't just order it online and wait a week. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Instead of improving your stores visually, improve this terrible hold" policy or remove it completely like Home Sense did."

They did a wonderful makeover!The products are excellent. Great choices for hone furnishings.

Services will be improved if you extend your hours of operation back to pre covid days.Your losing a ton of business to your competitor home sense right next door to you. They are conveniently open until 9pm EST daily.

Pretty big place and good selection of products. Very trendy and modern inventory. Sadly the marketing scheme isn’t great. They advertised curtains for slightly more reasonable price than most other shops and then you find out the price is for only one curtain not a set!!Does anyone buy a single curtain? I’m curious.

Very gorgeous layout and decor.I don't do well with fragrance and it was just all over the store, a warning to anyone who sensitive to it as well.Towels were also pretty disappointing since it just creates excessive fuzz non-stop even after a 2 weeks worth of washing.

I went to store first time to buy some things for my house. I don't know why people not care about when they are doing cash. Price on the item is 19.99 and they charges me 22.99. I realised when I reached at home. So sad for this bad experience, plz guys be careful for next time, we are spending our quality time in busy schedule.then for refund i need to go again then i can get it. O my god i need to spend one hour to go there....
