Walked in and found a frame I liked to buy as a gift for my grandmother but the display unit was scuffed so I asked the gentleman helping me they have one in the back. Turns out they didn't, as I could hear the other staff discussing it. He walks up for the elder employee who looks like the manager and gives her the scuffed frame. She then quickly scans it and starts putting it in the bag before I can see it and gives me the total. The manager didn't even have the courtesy or class to tell me we don't have any more is the scuffed display ok? She just tries to quickly wrap it up and get away with it. C'mon, please be better than this, you are in charge of peoples memories, not running a flea market booth! I might return because they are specialty but will remember this poor service and check twice.

I reached out to this company to engrave on something they have never done before. They were quick to respond to my email inquiring, and they advised while they had never done this particular job before they were willing to try. Not only did it work perfectly, but it was done quickly, and looked amazing.I am surprised to see reviews on here calling the people who work here rude among other things.George and Shelley were so wonderful through my entire experience. I would 100% go back here to have services done again.

I always had great service from this place in the past. But today I went in to get the battery replaced on my wife 1 year old Guess watch. The one girl couldn't remove the watch back, after scratching the back she asked the other girl for some help, but she was not friendly at all. After they were done with the watch, I showed them the scratches, they denied that they did it. I had to walk away with a damaged watch after paying for the battery.

Brought a silver, signet ring from Michael Hill to be engraved with a letter 'W' after a recommendation by Michael Hill to do so.Upon arriving at the store to pick up and pay for my ring, I expressed my concern that the letter that was engraved was not centred, as was promise to me by the sales woman we had worked with. Best I can do" responded George

The owner needs to work on his communication skills. There are legal restrictions when asking questions to employees that are not followed here. If you’re looking for a place to watch an employee be scolded in front of paying customers about how their looks will only them so far, perfect place! I may only be “a pretty young girl” -George, but i most definitely know the difference between a good business owner and a bad one. Needless to say the level of disrespect shown to me i won’t ever be back, nor will I be sending further clients to this business.

Holy cow, i was in a pickle! i needed duplicates on all my house keys, AND the key to my gun safe... and needed them asap! Kristen was not only prompt and very informative, but also professional and super patient. i have quite a thick american accent, and Kristine made sure i was understood and got exactly what i asked for. i will definitely go back when i need any of the services they provide.

I was in today to get a pendant engraved. The lady behind the counter was completely unfriendly and cold to the point of rude when speaking to me. She handed me the font styles without saying a word and when I finally picked one, she said they couldn't do that one and only the bottom level applied to me. Well thanks- it would have been nice to show some customer service earlier to tell me that. She didn’t even ask me if I liked the final engraving (was ok but one of the letters s slightly off spaced). Will never deal with her again- she is rude and needs to be reminded that being friendly and polite to your customers is actually part of your role in customer service.

The worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. The owner damaged our ring during engraving and told us he did not care about our concerns.I got a Signet Ring engraved there and upon receiving the item back we had some concerns regarding the centering of the letter and the quality of work. Upon hearing this George, the owner of the store, simply said best I can do."The ring was heavily scratched and the line work on the lettering was rough. It seems to me the diamond bit on his engraving machine likely does not receive proper maintenance as each cut on the ring was inconsistent

Terrible customer service! The Pandora bracelet I brought for engraving was scratched and off center. They do not know how to engrave.I bought a Pandora bracelet as a graduation gift for my sister. I asked to have one side engraved with her name and the other with the date. I was told there were no options for font and the letters must be in capital letters. The male sales clerk insisted it'd be better anyways as the p" and "h" in her name would make things uneven. I agreed and left. I picked up the bracelet a few days later and the name was in a different font. The first letter was capitalized but the rest of the name was not. What's most frustrating is that the name was off center! I asked the female sales clerk about it and she said it's hard to engrave bracelets that have a curved plate. I told her if the curved plate is hard for them to engrave
