Ashley Spenser Events definitely surpassed our expectations, in terms of delivering what was promised, and went over and beyond to make our engagement party special and stress free.I highly recommend their services!!! You will not regret it!

We used Ashley Spencer Events for our Day of Coordination services and we are so glad that we did. They were so helpful and they made the planning process so easy. On our wedding day they were organized and prepared for anything. They made sure everything was where it needed to be and it looked so beautiful and was exactly as we imagined it. The team at ASE was amazing! We would definitely recommend working with them.

As parents of the bride, we were informed that in order to access a specific venue we were asked to use Ashley Spencer Events. Ashley was contacted to provide guidance regarding a small event with the hope to expand as covid restrictions ease up. She asked us to sign a contract although she had trouble providing the source of some cost details. It was the first time working with the venue so she was unable to answer questions. Leading us to believe our wishes would be met, to later learn there were many limitations she was not aware of. When the caterer invoice revealed the need for us to pay an additional 25% of the contract cost, because the contract details were different than the caterer’s offerings and we would not be able to taste a food sampling unless we paid $100 per person for a tasting, of items that may not be served the day of the wedding, we knew it was time to cut ties. After only having worked with Ashley for 16 days and nothing was fulfilled, a full deposit was requested - and denied. It became obvious that time spent on our daughter's wedding was prep time that should have been spent prior to opening ASE business. The bride and groom felt nothing less than stress and disappointment. In order to avoid any more broken promises, we chose to walk away, 3 months prior to the wedding. We have been able to plan a wedding for 50 at the same cost ASE was charging for 20. In order to recoup the full deposit we will need to invest more time and energy in small claims court. Do yourself a favour and avoid this service at all costs.

Ashley Spencer events created a magical and stress free atmosphere for our recent wedding. Her team obviously worked really hard behind the scenes so that it was seamless for us and our guests. The whole process was very laid back and organized. Questions were dealt with calmly and professionally. We had a lot fun working with Ashley and her team.
