Used to love this place but it's depressing to visit now. you can literally hear the manager belittling the employees and swearing in the office while you shop. I actually feel bad for the staff, they deserve better as it's been like this the last 3 times I've been in.

My go to place for computer parts and accessories. Well staffed by knowledgeable people. Sadly it appears that supply chain issues are happening here as there were many empty shelves. Check them out online as well.

Well, I used to enjoy shopping at this store. I went in specifically to buy a new Armoury Gaming PC, listed on their website. I asked three separate people if they could help me, and all three either ignored me or told me they were with a customer. I can understand helping customers, but when the person was standing there, staring blankly at the wall of products, I doubt they were actually helping someone, and were just looking for an excuse to run out the clock. I will take my business to another Canada Computers, like Newmarket or Vaughan. I don't care about the drive, because this type of customer service is just not worth it.

Sam was amazing today (Jan 1- 2023) I was very frustrated with my computer issues, he listened fully and even though the Tech guys weren't in today he still gave it his all to help me attempt to resolve the issue. unfortunately, we weren't successful in-store and but given one last attempt to try ($40 item and if unsuccessful bring it back for a refund) He even set aside a new/open box computer for me just in case the last-ditch effort to fix my issue did not resolve. It is nice to experience service above making a sale. When it comes time to replace my 1-year-old current laptop, I will definitely make the trip in and be asking for Sam. the $40 option worked and will hopefully get me through at least another year. Thank you Sam

Everyone here is super helpful and kind, very knowledgeable about their products and definitely provide excellent customer service. Kendall was such a huge help walking me through the different components and what alternatives would be equal or better than what was on my husbands Christmas wish list. He made sure to take the time to explain everything so that I was able to make informed decisions and I know my husband will be super happy with everything all thanks to his help! Thank you so much!
